Mr. No-Nose
教学目标:
1. 认识、会读字母n,知道字母n在单词中的发音[n] 。

2. 今后学习中,会读带有字母n并发[n]音的单词。

2. 理解故事大意,能复述并表演故事。

3. 从阅读故事中体会到快乐的真谛。

1. n字母在单词中[n]的发音。

2. 熟读并表演故事。

三.教学过程:
Step1.Warming up
1. Sing a song
T:First,let's sing a song.
T: Stand up , please.(齐唱齐表演)
2.Greetings
T: Oh,you did a very good job. boys and girls,are you happy?
Ss:yes.
T: Me too. And I’m happy to learn English with you. Are you ready for class? Ok, class begins.
Step 2 Leading in
T: Let’s say and do some actions. I say”“point to ……”, you do and say the last word ”.(学生边做动作,边说最后边一个词。

)
T: Point to your eyes. Ss: Eyes , eyes, eyes
T: Point to your ears. Ss: ears , ears , ears.
T: Point to your mouth. Ss: mouth, mouth, mouth
T: Point to your nose . Ss: Nose, nose, nose
(出示ppt,让学生猜图中是什么,通过上面的引导,学生很容易说出nose。

)(出示第二张ppt,让学生看到图中人物每人都有鼻子。


T: Today,a new friend will come to our class , and he has a very strange name .Do you
want to know him, let’s look at your book.
(通过课本封面,学生猜出主人公的名字是Mr. No-Nose.)
T: Yes, Is he happy? (播放哭声)
S:No.
T: Why is he crying ?
Step 3 .New lesson
1.Read the story quickly and find out recurring sentences.
快速浏览课文并找出多次重复的句子。

T: Read the story quickly. Why is Mr. No-Nose crying ?
(通过出示上图,引导学生说出Mr. No-Nose wants a nose.)
练习字母n的发音
Nose, nose [n] [n] [n]
T: Can you do it like this? Please do it with your partner.
Show.(找几个学生展示发音。

)
2. Read the story again.
Answer the questions.
再读课文,回答问题
T: Many animals come here to help Mr. No-Nose , and they brings many noses.
Please read the story carefully and answer the question.
1.Who brings (带来)noses?
2.Does Mr. No-Nose like these noses?
学生汇报,老师设计好板书,然后带领学生做动作巩固故事内容,要体现出快乐,趣味。

(依次贴出bird ,pig ,elphant 图片及他们带来的鼻子)
T: Does Mr. No-Nose like these noses?
S:No.
T:what nose does he love ?(继续出示下面的图片)
(学生通过看下面的图画,会说出喜欢老人带来的鼻子.此处可以让学生模仿Mr. No-Nose获得鼻子后高兴的样子,教师可以先示范.)
T: OK, Let’s go on .(继续带领学生看下面的图画,引出“but”,此处是整个故事的转折,这里可以让学生回答看到了什么,有了鼻子的Mr. No-Nose高兴吗,) T: Is Mr. No-Nose happy ?
S:No.
T: Why ?
(引导学生用新标准学过的can ,can’t 句型回答,接下来出示有鼻子和没鼻子两幅图对比。

T: Does Mr. No-Nose need a nose?
S: No, Mr. No-Nose doesn’t need a nose .
3. 听并跟读,复述课文
T: Class, let’s listen and repeat.
T:Let’s retell the story together. (学生根据黑板框架的提示复述课文)
4. 再读故事,进行表演。

Read the story in your group. Then show.
小组合作后,找几组学生表演课文。

5. 拓展
Can you find the words with letter N in this story ,and pronounce [n].
(把前面板书中出现的含有n的单词划出来,领读。

)
5.想一想,说一说
T: Well done. What have you learnt from this class?
S1:I’ve learnt the letter n.
S2: I’ve learnt…
T: Wow! You can say so much about this story. Great! (Thumbs up) do you know: We should be ourselves, and love ourselves.
