Abstract
significantly. The experiment and research work have been conducted on the varying characteristics of the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric sample after factors such as washing and chafing. Research shows that the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric trends to increase first and then decrease with the increased number of washing. Generally, fabric loses magnetic after washing 15 times or so. One of the key factors influencing the durability of the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric is the content of magnetic fiber in magnetic fabric. The research of Magnetism performance in the Surface of Health Care Fabric can provide certain scientific basis for production, selection and application of magnetic fabric.

随着现代医学研究的不断发展,磁场保健功效已被人们所应允,磁性织物作 为磁场的载体已经广泛的融入到人们的日常生活中。目前大多数的研究主要在磁 性织物的制备方法以及磁场的保健机理等方面展开。织物表面磁性是影响其保健 功效的关键因素,有关这方面内容的研究亟需深入,因此本文针对磁保健织物表 面磁性能做了系统性研究。 本研究通过对磁疗的作用机理、方法与剂量等有关医学方面知识的梳理,对 磁场的测量、磁场的表征方式及材料的磁化等有关物理学方面知识的归纳,总结 了磁性织物的制备方法与构成方式、保健机理以及磁性织物表面磁性的测量方法。 结合物理学中硬磁体磁性测量的方法和原理,探讨了磁性织物磁性的表述方 式,研究了磁性织物表面磁感应强度的测量及结果分析方法,在此基础上完成了 对磁性织物表面磁感应强度测量,并对测试结果进行了可视化处理。结果表明按 0.5 点/cm2 密度均匀取点测量能反映织物整体表面磁性能,织物表面磁感应强度分 布具有区域性和不均匀性,其值有正负之分,能对人体组织结构产生复合交变式 磁保健功效。 本文对磁性织物的力学性能、耐久性、保形性以及舒适性等基本性能进行了 实验研究。分析了磁性纤维含量对磁性织物整体服用性能的影响,结果表明,织 物中磁性纤维的含量对织物的拉伸、断裂、顶破、起毛起球以及透湿性影响显著。 磁性织物受水洗和摩擦的不断作用其保健功效寿命会受到影响,本文对磁性 织物进行了洗涤实验研究织物的磁性耐久性,实验结果表明随着洗涤次数的增加, 织物表面磁感应强度呈先增大后减小的趋势;一般织物在洗涤 15 次左右基本丧失 磁性;织物中磁性纤维含量是影响织物表面磁性耐久性的关键因素之一。磁保健 织物表面磁性研究能为磁性织物的生产、选择和应用提供一定的科学依据。 关键词:磁保健;磁性织物;磁感应强度分布;洗涤;耐久性 作 者:于高杰 指导老师:陈 雁

Evaluation and Measurement of Magnetic Fabric Performance Abstract
People pay more attention to the health care function on the human body of the magnetic fabric with the development of modern medical research, magnetic fabric as the carrier of magnetic field has been used widely in people's daily life. At present most of the research mainly conducted at preparation method and health care mechanism of magnetic fabric, magnetism on the surface of fabric is key factor which affect its health care efficacy, this aspect is need more deeper researched, so evaluation and measurement of magnetic fabric performance are researched in this paper. The preparation methods, structure mode, health care mechanism and magnetic measurement method of magnetic fabric are summarized in this paper which is based on carding the action mechanism, method and dose of magnetic therapy and other relevant physics knowledge. The magnetism expressions of magnetic fabric combined with measurement method and principle of hard magnet are discussed in this paper, at the same time studied method analysis of fabric magnetism examination, then this paper completion magnetic flux density on the surface measurement of fabric and the distribution of the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric was visualized. The results show that the content of magnetic fiber is the key point that influences the magnetic flux density on the surface of fabric, the distribution of magnetic flux density on the surface is not uniform, it has the characteristics of regional, magnetic line of force intertwined into reticulate and plays function of health care to tissue of human body. Mechanical properties, durability, conformality and comfort of the magnetic fabric are investigated in this paper. Analysis of the magnetic fiber content affected the performance of magnetic fabric. The results show that content of magnetic fiber in fabric influence on fabric tensile, fracture, bursting, pilling and moisture permeability
