Speaking of connection, technology has played a huge
role in keeping us all connected during this time. From Zoom calls with family and friends to virtual work meetings, we've relied on technology more than ever before. It's amazing to think about how much our lives have changed in such a short amount of time. Who would have thought that
we'd be living in a world where wearing a mask and carrying hand sanitizer everywhere we go would become the new normal?
Of course, it hasn't all been smooth sailing. There
have been moments of frustration, anxiety, and fear. It's natural to feel overwhelmed by everything that's been happening. But it's important to remember that it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to take a step back, to take a break, and to take care of yourself. Self-care has never been more important than it is right now.
Looking ahead, it's hard to say what the future holds. There's still so much uncertainty, so much that is unknown. But one thing is for sure – we are resilient. We've made
it through tough times before, and we'll make it through
