实时二维剪切波弹性成像评价急性肝衰竭大鼠肝脏硬度

[摘 要] 目的 探讨实时二维剪切波弹性成像(
２DＧSWE)对于检测大鼠急性肝衰竭(
ALF)和指导预 防 性 用 药 治 疗 的 应
用价值.方法 将 ２８ 只雄性 SD 大鼠分为 ４ 组,即对照组(
８ 只)、模型组(
８ 只)、乳果糖组(
６ 只)和美常 安 组(
６ 只). 实 验
第 １~８ 天,对美常安组予以美常安稀释后灌胃,乳果糖组 予 以 乳 果 糖 灌 胃,对 照 组 和 模 型 组 予 以 等 量 生 理 盐 水. 实 验 第
