FINAL AGREEMENT TRANSLATION INTO ENGLISH

(c) If Party B fails to perform its obligations, Party A has the right to terminate this Agreement and recover any losses suffered as a result.
V. TERM

VI. BREACH OF CONTRACT LIABILITY
If either party breaches any provision of this Agreement, the other party has the right to require the breaching party to stop

VIII. EFFECTIVENESS AND ENFORCEABILITY
