The Earth is a beautiful place. It provides us with food, water, air and the place to live. But we humans (人类) are slowly destroying (破坏) it.
Humans have destroyed one tenth of the Earth’s forests in the last 25 years according to a new study. Humans have been cutting down trees for different reasons (原因), such as building houses or farming. These forests clean the air and provide rain for the world.
