1. Scope of Work:
The contractor agrees to provide sand washing services as per the specifications provided by the client. This includes the cleaning and processing of sand to meet the desired quality standards.
2. Duration of Contract:
The contract shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until the completion of the agreed-upon work. Any extensions or modifications to the contract must be mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.
3. Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the contractor the agreed-upon amount for the services rendered. Payment shall be made in installments as per the milestones achieved in the project. Any delays in payment may result in penalties as outlined in the contract.
4. Quality Assurance:
The contractor guarantees the quality of the sand washing services provided. In case of any defects or issues with the processed sand, the contractor agrees to rectify the same at no additional cost to the client.
5. Confidentiality Clause:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the contract. This includes but is not limited to proprietary processes, client data, and project details.
6. Indemnity:
The contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the client from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services
provided under this contract. The client shall also indemnify the contractor in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
7. Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of termination to the other party. In case of termination, the parties agree to settle any outstanding payments or liabilities as per the terms of the contract.
8. Governing Law:
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are being provided. Any disputes arising out of this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.
