Throughout the day, I make sure to take regular breaks
to rest and recharge. Whether it's taking a short walk
outside, doing some deep breathing exercises, or simply chatting with a colleague, these breaks help me stay fresh and avoid burnout.
In the evening, I like to wind down by reading a book, watching a TV show, or spending time with my family. This helps me relax and de-stress after a long day of work.
