维护及使用说明1 - 重要安全事项使用本产品前请仔细阅读所有安全信息!• 烹煮时请勿让儿童靠近灶台。
• 请小心处理高温锅具以避免受伤。
• 出于安全考虑,在使用时切勿让锅具处于无人看管状态,并确保手柄不会伸出加热的炉灶或炉火边缘。
• 锅盖和手柄在长时间烹煮过程中可能会变得高温,取下锅盖或使用手柄端起锅具时务必小心。
如有必要,可以使用隔热手套或隔热墊。
• 对于硅胶包裹手柄的锅具或玻璃盖:请务必仔细阅读说明书方可在烤箱中使用。
• 请勿在微波炉中使用。
• 请勿将高温锅盖或锅具浸入冷水。
2 - 使用指南首次使用前:• 请除去所有包装材料和标签,并妥善回收废弃物。
• 请使用温的肥皂水清洗,并用软布彻底擦拭和干燥。
烹煮:防止锅具变形的建议:• 切勿将空的锅具放在加热的炉灶上,否则会对锅具和炉灶造成永久性损坏。
• 切勿让锅具煮沸或煮干。
节能及最佳烹煮和油炸效果的建议:• 烹煮时,请选择与您的锅底直径接近的炉灶火圈。
• 使用气体炉烹煮时,请调整火焰大小使其不会在锅的侧面燃烧。
• 陶瓷不粘涂层能有效地分配热量,因此正确的温度设置非常重要。
较低的温度可以节约能源,并大幅度减少食品和油的碳化。
• 请根据您的食材选择合适的温度。
热源:• 本锅具适用于所有炉灶,包括电磁炉。
在电磁炉上使用锅具的建议:与电陶炉不同,电磁炉只能够检测通过电磁铁检测外缘的锅或平底锅。
对于采用电磁感应技术的锅或平底锅,其底部必须与炉灶的外缘相接触才可被成功检测。
如果您的锅具无法被成功检测,请尝试以下方法:1. 把锅具放在适当大小的炉灶上只有当可感应的锅具底部与电磁炉玻璃面板下的线圈尺寸匹配时,感应技术才会生效(见图)。
如果使用的炉灶火圈比锅具大,锅具可能无法被识别和加热。
2. 把锅具放在尺寸较小的炉灶上如果没有与您的锅具底部匹配的炉灶火圈,请选择较小尺寸的炉灶。
3. 不要把锅具放在炉灶的正中央如果没有比您的锅具底部小的炉灶火圈,我们建议您沿着炉灶边缘放置锅具,这样锅具底部最外侧的点会与感应线圈相接触。
