Varco TDS-11SA顶驱使用操作规程一、安装(一)准备工作1、通常应原60ft长的水龙带变为75ft,并延长立管高度到70ft。

2、虽然有多种方案的钻台平面设计,但应将扭矩平衡梁装在靠近绞车的井架面上,或在V型大门的反向。

3、安装前,须确认:井架已竖好,游车已安装在转盘的中心上方。

井架修改工作已完成扭矩平衡梁及其支架已安装好并符合VARCO FIP00003的要求。

电路支架已安装在井架上。

已安装控制板和变频装置。

检查大钳管线等有无可能缠绕在TDS-11SA上。

大钩或适配器环索是否已安装,大钩应当朝向绞车方向打开。

(二)安装导轨和顶驱。

1、将连接环安装到天车上。

2、将第一节导轨吊上钻台,将导轨架与第一节导轨连接,钢绳挂在大钩侧面吊耳上。

3、上提游车用导轨架提起第一节导轨。

4、将第二节导轨吊至钻台面,对正第一节导轨的下接头和第二节导轨的上接头,连接钩板与固定销并吊起,提升至两节导轨均位于竖直位置,缓慢下放游车,使上下接头组件的销孔自动对正,将导轨销插入销孔固定两节导轨,然后插入锁销固定导轨销。

5、按上面步骤依次将第三、四、五、六节导轨安装好。

6、上提游车,至第一节导轨和调节板相接,按照井架高度确定导轨挂在调节板哪个孔上。

装上螺栓、螺母和别针。

7、拆掉导轨安装架,下放游车至钻台面,将导轨安装架吊离钻台。

8、吊装顶驱至钻台面方案一:(1)将钢绳挂于运移架两侧的吊装管上。

(2)用40吨吊车直接将顶驱本体提至钻台面。

方案二:(1)将顶驱置于井架大门的滑道上,方向朝向井口。

(2)下放游车,将钢绳挂于运移架上部的吊装位置。

(3)将钢绳固定在提环大钩销或是两侧耳上,用吊车吊住运移架下部起辅助作用。

(4)将运移架沿滑道送至钻台面并立起托架,对正游车下方。

9、将大钩挂在顶驱本体的提环上。

10、拆掉运移架上对顶驱的支撑。

11、去掉顶驱导轨与运移架的连接销,将本体从运移架中吊起,与运移架分离。

12、将运移架移下钻台。

• ② 背钳总成 • 悬挂在旋转吊环配接器上的扭矩作用架支撑着扭 矩背钳。它在保护短节的下轴节的底部,由一对 钻杆引鞋和夹紧液缸组成,在钻柱与保护短节连 接时用于夹紧钻柱接头。背钳本体安装在扭矩作 用架上,在钻杆上卸扣时可以上下移动并平衡上 卸扣时产生的扭矩。
• ③ 双向吊环倾斜装置 • 双向吊环倾斜装置由通过销子连接与旋转吊环配 接器上的液缸活塞杆和通过一套耳板用销子连接 的液缸缸体组成。操作司钻台上的开关给液缸加 压,伸长活塞杆使吊卡到鼠洞和放下位置。浮动 使吊卡回到井口中心位置。液缸装置上的锁销限 制吊卡移动到井架工位置,拖动拦绳松开门锁吊 卡可以移动到鼠洞位置。 • 止动动装置限制了吊卡只能移动到井架工的位置, 而此位置是可调节的。操纵止动装置可以将吊卡 移动到小鼠洞的位置。司钻控制台上有一个3挡 开关操纵吊环倾斜装置。通过两个液缸的换向, 吊卡可以朝相反的方向充分延伸,这样就具有钻 进到钻台面的能力。
• ② 控制房 • 在TDS-11SA控制房中包括TDS-11SA控制系统(简写VCP)和 变频器(VFI)两部分,控制房内的基本操作步骤: • 1)进入变频房后,先打开空调,温度调节在华氏55~60度之间。 • 2)先按VCP右下角的整个控制柜的电源开关,然后依次按下 VCP中部靠左手边的主PLC和伺服PLC以及电瓶等的电源开关。 • 3)合上主变频器(VFI)的空气开关。 • 4)把主变频器(VFI)的编码器的参数设定好后,按编码控制面 板上的开始按钮,主变频器(VFI)开始工作。 • 5)设定好辅助变频器的参数后,按编码控制面板上的开始按钮, 辅助变频器开始工作。 • 6)其关闭过程与开启过程正好相反 • 注意:当编码器中的各种参数设定好后,请不要随意调整,如果 出现故障,请把编码器的控制开关打到“BY PASS”位置

ZigBee devices are often used in mesh network form to transmit data over longer distances, passing data through intermediate devices to reach more distant ones. This allows ZigBee networks to be formed ad-hoc, with no centralized control or high-power transmitter/receiver able to reach all of the devices. Any ZigBee device can be tasked with running the network.ZigBee is targeted at applications that require a low data rate, long battery life, and secure networking. ZigBee has a defined rate of 250 kbit/s, best suited for periodic or intermittent data or a single signal transmission from a sensor or input device. Applications include wireless light switches, electrical meters within-home-displays, traffic management systems, and other consumer and industrial equipment that requires short-range wireless transfer of data at relatively low rates. The technology defined by the ZigBee specification is intended to be simpler and less expensive than other WPANs.1.2Introduction to the ZT-2005-C8The ZT-2005-C8 is an 8 channel thermistor input module, it can monitor the resistance change of thermistor to get temperatue.The ZT-2005-C8 is a wireless ZigBee module, it need to communicate with ZigBee coordinator. The information of ZigBee coordinator can refer ZT-2550 or ZT-2570. Otherwise, users can use rotary switch and DIP switch to set address (or ZigBee Node ID, NID) of module, protocol, DCON checksum, ZigBee RF Power, ZigBee Pan ID (PID), and ZigBee channel.2Hardware Information 2.1Specifications2.2Pin assignments ZT-2005-C83Setting up the ZT-2005-C83.1 Introction to the Configuration Parameters1.
