六、水泵安装施工方案

本工程的水泵主要包括冷冻水循环泵、冷却水循环泵和潜水泵。

1、设备的订货、采购、进场、验收

水泵的采购应严格按照施工进度计划执行，要给设备的报审、订货、生产、运输等各环节预留足够的时间。

水泵应严格按照图纸参数精准选型，所选设备应符合图纸要求的各项参数，初步选型后，按照设备技术一览表规定的设备品牌整理所需的各种资料、样本等向管理公司报审。报审通过后严格按照管理公司审批意见进入设备订货采购程序。

水泵进场后应立刻通知监理、管理公司相关人员对设备进行验收。检查设备外包装是否完整。设备开箱后是否完好，整理设备随机资料和随机附件，并有专人统一管理。各方确认无误后签署《设备开箱检查记录》

2、水泵的安装

2.1基础验收

根据安装施工图，检查基础的外形尺寸及基础上的埋铁或预留孔位置。基础表面应无裂缝、空洞、露筋和掉角现象。

According to the installation construction drawing, check the outside dimension of the foundation and the position of reserved holes on it. There should be no crack, hollow, exposed reinforcing steel bar and broken corner on its surface.

根据总承包单位提供的建筑轴线位置，标高的水平线，分别检查安装基准线与建筑轴线距离，安装基准线与设备平面位置和标高的偏差值。

According to the building axis position and elevated horizontal line provided by the general contractor, respectively check the distance between the installation baseline and the building axis as well as the deviation between installed baseline and equipment plane location and elevation.

基础的允许偏差值(mm)：

Allowable deviation of foundation (mm)

基础坐标位置(纵、横轴线) ±20

基础上平面外形尺寸±20

基础上平面的不水平度每米5，全长10；

2.2水泵的吊装就位找正

水泵中心的找正

Alignment of the center of water pump

在水泵基础上依设计尺寸从泵房内墙墙面或柱子中心线返到设备基础中心线处，划定水泵中心线的位置。水泵中心线找正是以泵轴中心线为准；横向中心线找正是以水泵出口(出水管)中心线为准。

On the foundation of water pump and according to the design dimension, return to the center line of the equipment foundation from the wall surface of pump house or the center line of pillar and determine the location of the center line of water pump. The alignment of the center line of water pump is subject to the pump shaft center line; the alignment of horizontal center line is subject to the center line of outlet (outflow tube) of water pump.

水泵标高的找正

Alignment of the elevation of water pump

水泵标高找正是利用水泵底座底面与基础表面之间加垫铁来调整。但垫铁厚薄要合适，不要垫入过多薄垫片，以免影响安装的正确性和稳定性。

The alignment of the elevation of water pump is adjusted by adding sizing block between the base of water pump and foundation surface. The sizing block should have proper thickness and enough cushion pads is needed to ensure the accuracy and stability of the installation.

水泵找正后将地螺栓拧紧，进行二次灌浆，以固定地脚螺栓和将水泵底座与基础表面间隙灌满。

After alignment, tighten the foundation bolt and conduct secondary grouting to fix the foundation bolt and filing the gap between pump base and foundation surface.

水泵找正、找平后，用水准仪、百分表或测微螺钉、塞尺等工具检查时，其安装质量应符合规范要求:
