英语作文演讲稿的格式
1.标题
竞争上岗演讲稿的标题，如《关于竞争北郊分局科级领导职位的演讲》。
2.称谓
即对评委或听众的称呼。
一般用“各位评委”“各位听众”即可。
3.正文
（1）开头。
为制造友善、和谐的气氛，开篇应以“感谢给我这样的机会让我参加竞争上岗演讲”“恳请评委及与会同志指教”等礼节性致谢词导入正题。
紧接着阐明自己发表竞争上岗演讲的理由。
开头应写得自然真切，干净利落。
（2）主体。
这是全文的重点和核心。
应围绕以下几个方面展开：
a.介绍个人简历。
可分两个层次：一层简明介绍个人的情况，使评委明了竞聘者的基本条件；第二层紧接第一层谈自己与竞聘
岗位有联系的工作经历。
b.摆出个人的竞聘条件。
竞聘条件包括政治素质、政策水平、管理能力、业务能力以及才、学、胆、识各方面的条件。
竞聘条件是决定竞聘者是否被聘任的重要因素之一，应该重点强调。
但切忌夸夸其谈，应多用事实说话，“事实胜于雄辩”。
可以结合自己前一时期的工作来写，如自己曾做过什么相关的工作，效果如何。
从中展露出自己的水平、能力、知识和才华。
采取引而不发的办法，通过这些事实，让评委及听众自然而然地得出肯定的结论。
c.提出施政目标、施政构想、施政方案。
这部分是竞聘者假设已被聘任后，对应聘岗位所提出的目标及实现的具体措施。
演讲者应鲜明突出地提出自己的施政目标和施政措施。
这些目标和措施既要适应总体形势，又要体现部门特点。
基本目标要具有客观性、明确性和先进性。
要定性定量相结合，能量化的尽量量化，以便评委进行比较、评估。
目标还应围绕人们对竞聘岗位较为关注的焦点、难点重点提出。
基本目标必须有切实可行的措施做保证。
因此，保证措施十分重要。
措施必须针对目标来制定，要明确具体，有可操作性，且密切联系岗位实际，从岗位工作出发。
（3）结尾。
一要写出自己竞聘的决心和信心，二要表明自己能官能民的态度。
好的结尾应写得恳切、有力，意近旨远，使
