操作手册参考资料一、安全规范一般的安全规则1. 认识你的机器为了你的个人安全, 仔细阅读本手册。

熟知机器的应用与限制,以及与机器相关的潜在性危险。

2.保持工作区域干净.杂乱的区域以及工作台会引起意外。

3.勿在危险的环境使用勿在潮湿或下雨的地点使用,或将其暴露在雨中。

保持工作区域良好的照明。

4.非专业人员勿靠近所有参观者在工作区域内必须保持安全的距离。

5.勿强行操作机器让机器以其设计之速度下安全的执行工作。

6.使用正确的工具勿强行使机器或附加装置执行工作7.穿著适当的衣服避免佩带可能被移动部分卷入的宽松衣物、手套、项链、手镯或首饰。

建议穿著防滑鞋。

戴上包住长头发之发帽。

8.勿在工作状态保养机器机器应进行适当之保养,如润滑、调整10.维修、更换配件之前,或是组装和重新组装马达时,必须从电源处切断机器的电源.11.使用建议之配件,查阅手册上建议之配件。

12.不要让机器在无人看管下运转。

条形板料加工成圆形状态的过程。当条形板料由送料轨道送入时,板料在三辊的作用下弯曲变形,形成圆形,并由气缸推动推料板将圆形工件推出。该设备为后道工序提供圆形工件。
操作步骤

1、合上总电控柜内的电源总开关。

2、将转换开关打到手动位置,拔出急停按钮,打开钥匙开关,手动操作气撑往复运动两次。

4、将条形板料水平放在送料道轨上,用手轻送至传动辊之间,设备自动将料卷入并完成一个完整的动作。

注意事项
Notice item
1、开机前,清除送料道轨上的其它杂物,检查推料气撑的气压达到要求(≥6Kg/cm2),设备润滑油油量达到油标的2/3处。

4、设备运行时,工作人员严禁离开工作岗位,卷圆行程内严禁其他人员进入。

2、设备及设备的气撑必须自动复位后,才能继续下一个循环动作。

3、设备在进行工作时,严禁任何人员检修、调整、紧固模具及其它松动部位。
