关于普通话，下面我为大家讲一个发生在我表妹身上的事。

她想当导游，她常常自认为会讲一口流利标准的普通话，没想到蒙古旅游时，一个老外竟当了一回她的普通话老师。

正好碰上几个美国人，她想趁此机会练练英语口语，便自告奋勇给他们当导游。

谁知这几个老外摆摆手，用不大流利的普通话说：“小姐，咱们说普通话吧，中国话很美！”我听了有点儿失望，但更多的是自豪，于是我非常尽心地用普通话为他们介绍我们的每一个景点。

然而，当我用“剽（biao）悍”一词来形容我们演出团的一个蒙古族小伙子时，一个老外一本正经地纠正道："不对。

不对，小姐，这个词应该念’剽（piao）悍’，而不是读’长膘’的那个’膘’的音。

"我听了大吃一惊————这个蓝眼睛，高鼻子的老外竟想当我的普通话老师但我不愿扫了他的兴致，便不置可否地朝他笑了笑。

回到家，当我翻开词典时，居然真的是她错了。

她当时羞愧极了。

也许有人会说，一个字说错了算什么那些不会说普通话的中国人不是照样干活，照样吃饭，我们可不能这样看，普通话是我们国家的统一语，每一个中国人都应该讲好它，何况我们是常州建设成旅游观光城市，你看恐龙园、淹城、嬉戏谷，花博会都迎来了五湖四海的客人，甚至是外国人，我们要告诉所有的人这里有世界上最美的景观，而且还要告诉他们，在这里，您处处都能听到世界上最美的语言————标准的普通话！语言是一个民族的声音，从大处讲，推广普通话，说好普通话，是我们祖国屹立于世界民族之林的需要；从小处说，它是不同地域，不同文化背景中的人与人沟通交流的需要。
