轻触延时开关技术标准
轻触延时开关技术标准一、范围本标准适用于公司生产的轻触延时开关。
符合标准要求的轻触延时开关在通常不超过35℃,偶尔会达到40℃的环境温度中使用。
二、基本参数a、额定电压：220V～b、最大功率:110Wc、延时时间:1.5～3分钟三、技术要求3.1 一般要求轻触延时应符合本标准要求，并按照批准后的图样和技术文件制造。
3.2 标志必须具有下列基本标志a、火线输入端（Ｌ）、火线输出端（LOAD、～、A）b、额定电流（A）、额定电压（V）、电流性质符号（～）c、公司的“品牌”标志及产品型号3.3外观要求开关的外观质量应符合如下要求a、塑料零件表面应具有良好的外观，不应有气泡、裂纹、肿胀；无明显的擦伤、毛刺、披锋、变形、凹陷、杂色点等缺陷；b、导电零件的表面应光滑、无毛刺和腐蚀痕迹；c、螺钉联接、铆接处均不得有松动或自动脱落现象；d、产品上的标志应经久耐用、清晰可辨；产品是否合格，通过观察并且进行如下试验加以检查。
用浸透水的布片擦15s后，再以浸透汽油的布片擦15s后,仍清晰可辨。
3.4防触电保护产品按规定安装接线后，带电零件应不易触及。
并应通过防触电性能试验。
3.5端子a、接线能力：能连接一根截面积为1.0~4.0mm2导线，接线端子应能夹紧，但不得损坏导线；b、应使用螺纹夹紧型端子（端子应是铜或铜合金制成）。
3.6耐老化及防潮a、开关上所使用塑胶件应可满足国家标准规定的耐老化的要求。
b、开关必须经受在正常使用中可能出现的潮湿条件，防潮试验条文规定对声光控延时开关进行试验。
3.7绝缘电阻和电气强度应有足够的绝缘电阻和良好的电气强度。
a、此项试验是在紧接3.7b条试验后进行，应在开关取出潮态箱后3min内做完此项试验；b、应符合GB4706.1-92之16章（作Ⅱ类器具处理）要求。
3.8功能性要求将轻触延时开关放在测试机上,接通测试机电源开关按钮上的指示灯应亮起,按下轻触延时开关上的小按钮,测试机上的测试灯泡（功率在10～60W）发亮,同时开关按钮上的指示灯熄灭,测试机灯泡发亮1.5～3分钟后自动熄灭,测试灯泡熄灭的同时开关按钮上的指示灯亮起。
