混凝土回弹仪的强度换算表如下:
混凝土回弹仪回弹值的计算
1.要计算调查区域的平均回弹值,应从调查区域的16个回弹值中删除三个最大值和三个最小值。
剩余的10个回弹值根据以下公式计算:RM是调查区域的平均回弹值,精确到0.1;RI是第i个测量点的回弹值。
2.在非水平方向的情况下,校正以下公式:RM RI 110 I RM RA,其中RM是非水平检测过程中测试区域的平均回弹值,精度为0.1;RA是非水平状态检测中的回弹校正值,可根据下表查询。
回弹测试仪原理:
混凝土回弹仪是一种弹簧驱动弹头锤并通过弹簧敲击棒敲击混凝土表面而产生的瞬时弹性变形恢复力,使回弹锤可以驱动指针弹回并指示弹跳距离。
回弹值(回弹距离与锤击前锤与杆之间距离的比率,以百分比计算)是与混凝土抗压强度有关的指标之一,可用来估计混凝土的抗压强度。

1.超过2000次弹丸攻击;
2.对测试值有疑问时;

混凝土回弹仪的日常维护方法应符合以下要求:
1.松开弹簧锤,取出机芯,然后取下弹簧杆(取出内部的缓冲弹簧)和三部分(弹簧锤,弹簧和弹簧座);
2.用汽油清洁芯子的所有零件,尤其是中央导杆,子弹锤和弹簧杆的内孔和冲击面。
清洁后,在中心导杆上涂一层薄薄的时钟油或缝纫机油,其他部位不得上油;
3.清洁外壳的内壁,除去水垢,并检查指针的摩擦力应在0.5-0.8n之间;
4.请勿旋转尾盖上的固定调零螺钉。
5.不要制造或更换零件;
6.维护后,应按要求进行校准测试,校准值应为80±2。

回弹法检测混凝土强度计算表详解回弹法检测混凝土强度计算、换算在对建筑物鉴定和加固改造时,构件材料强度的测试是必不可少的项目。
混凝土强度的检测是国内外发展较早的检测项目,也是公认比较成熟的技术。
目前在实际检测实践中采用较多的是回弹法。
使用回弹法检测混凝土强度时,先要对回弹值进行计算,再根据回弹值推算出混凝土的强度。
▌回弹值的计算计算测区平均回弹值时,应从测区的 16 个回弹值中剔除 3 个最大值和 3 个最小值,余下的 10 个回弹值按下列公式计算:式中:Rm算值——测区平均回弹值,精确至0.1; Ri——第i个测点的回弹值。
现代技术的数显回弹仪,将该计算方法嵌入数显回弹仪主机内,可自动计算出回弹值。
回弹仪非水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面时,应按下列公式修正:式中:——非水平方向检测时测区的平均回弹值,精确至0.1;——非水平方向检测时回弹值修正值,按JGJ/T232011的附录表C采用。
回弹仪水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面或浇筑底面时,应按下列公式修正:公式中:——水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面、底面时,测区的平均回弹值,精确至0.1;——混凝土浇筑表面、底面回弹值的修正值,按JGJ/T232011附录表D采用。
▌混凝土强度的计算结构或构件第i个测区混凝土强度换算值,可根据得的平均回弹值(Rm)和平均碳化深度值按统一测强曲线换算表(JGJ/T232011的附录A表)得出。
当测区数不少于10个时,应计算强度标准差。
平均值及标准差应按下列公式计算:结构或构件的现龄期混凝土强度推定值fcu,e应符合下列规定:当构件测区数少于10个当构件测区数≥10个对于按批量检测的构件,当该批构件混凝土强度标准差出现下列情况之一时,则该批构件应全部按单个构件构件检测。
a.当该批构件混凝土强度平均值小于25MPa时>4.5MPa;b.当该批构件混凝土强度平均值不小于25MPa时>5.5MPa。
详见JGJ/T23-2011内P14在求得平均回弹值后,计算出平均碳化值,再进行强度的换算,方可得出平均强度值。
1997~2023年成都市回弹砼强度换算表(地标)

曲线平均相对误差σ 为±9.8%,相对误差 e 为±12.3%。
到达“规程”规定的误差要求。
“规程”规定的“地区和专用测强曲线”的允许误差为:(1) 地区测强曲线:平均相对误差σ ≤±14.0%相对标准误差 e ≤±17.0% (2) 专用测强曲线:平均相对误差σ ≤±12.0%相对标准误差 e ≤±14.0% 成都地区大流淌性泵送砼回弹测强曲线的建立,已于 1998 年 1 月通过市级技术鉴定。
为了对构造安全更为牢靠,在应用中进展 5%的修正,即 f c cu =0.00115R 2.892 m ×0.95。
二、 回弹测强曲线的应用:大流淌性泵送砼回弹法测砼抗压强度的方法,回弹仪技术要求,碳化深度测试, 仪器测试角度及测试构件外表性质〔即砼浇筑外表和浇筑底面〕,构件砼强度推定值评定〔单个构件或批量检测〕,均按中华人民共和国行业标准《回弹法检测砼抗压强度技术规程》〔JGJ/T 23-92〕办理。
只是砼强度换算值,使用大流淌性泵送砼回弹测强曲线计算。
为了便利应用,我们对大流淌性泵送砼回弹测强曲线进展了制表,以便查用。

经试验研究发现原2.2J回弹仪的能量太小,无法适应高强混凝土的检测。
一旦现场出现质量事故,无可靠方法解决。
自1996年以来通过大量的实验,终于研制成功既适合现场使用又能满足测强曲线精度要求的大能量(5.5J)回弹仪,在此基础上,通过大量混凝土试件与回弹仪的试验,找到了精度较好的测强公式,从而较好地解决了使用大能量回弹仪检测现场高强混凝土的问题。
由于回弹仪的标准状态是直接影响检测结果准确与否的关键,同时现场构件检测时尚有许多具体检测内容例如测区数量、布置、构件强度推定等需要规定统一的方法,因此为保证检测精度有必要制定规程。

混凝土强度回弹换算表
一、混凝bai土回弹仪回弹值的计算方du法
1、计算测区平均回弹值,zhi应从该测区的16个回弹值中剔除3个最大dao值和3个最小值,余下的10个回弹值按下式计算:10式中Rm—测区平均回弹值,精确至0.1;Ri—第i个测点的回弹值。
2、非水平方向时按下式修正:RmRi110iRmRmRa式中Rm—非水平检测时测区的平均回弹值,精确至0.1;Ra—非水平状态检测时的回弹修正值,按附表查询。
3、水平方向检测混凝土浇筑顶面或底面时按下式修正:ttRmRmRabbRmRmRatb式中Rm、Rm—水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面、底面时的测区回弹值平均值;bRat、Ra—混凝土浇筑表面、底面回弹值的修正值,按附表查询。
4、当检测时回弹仪既非水平状态有非混凝土的浇筑侧面时,应先修正角度,再修正浇筑面。
上述的内容就是混凝土回弹仪回弹值的计算方法,此外,需要注意的是:混凝土回弹仪在检测时,回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于结构或构件的检测面,缓慢施压,准确度数,快速复位。
二、举例子如下:
泵送混凝土设计强度C50 柱子
现场回弹值(这是其中一根,每根柱子只有1个测区)

每层楼检测了6根柱子,其余5根的数据也差不多。
计算依据标准:《JGJ/T 23-2001 回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》
去掉3个最大值(51、50、50)、3个最小值(40、41、41)。
余下的10个回弹值,平均值:42.8 。
弹柱子是水平回弹,不用修正。
所有的测区数只有6个,不够10个,因此这六个测区选最小值进行评定。
碳化深度没有数据,设为0.5;(碳化深度大于2.0时,需钻芯)
查附录A“测区混凝土强度换算表”,得45.7MPa。
如果为泵送混凝土,再按附录B“泵送混凝土测区混凝土强度换算值的修正值”进行修正。
这里设碳化深度为0.5mm,那么修正值为3.0MPa。
则最终的抗压强度为:45.7+3.0=48.7MPa(97.4%)。
