4、E+H液体音叉开关:无需标定和维护。
适用于所有液体,亦适用于粘结、搅拌及含气泡的介质,与被测介质的介电常数无关。
耐温达150度,耐压达64bar.型号有:FTL50,FTL51,FTL51C,FTL50H,FTL51H,FTL70,FTL71.FTL20,FTL260。
5、E+H固体音叉开关:无需标定和维护。
适用于颗粒直径小于10mm的颗粒及粉尘,耐温高达150度,耐压达16bar。
型号有:FTM50,FTM51,FTM52,FTM30/31/32(D/S),FTM20/21,FTM2606、E+H静压式物位计:智能化压力传感,适用于液体、浆料、泥浆,与泡沫及介电常数无关。

德国恩德斯豪斯E+H音叉液位开关我厂使用的FTL51系列一、特点FTL 51:带延伸管,最长可达3m(特殊要求可到6m)带抛光叉体,过程连接,外壳易清洗,适用于食品和制药行业,用哈氏C4(2.4610)材质的叉体和过程连接头,适用于强腐蚀性液体。
采用EEx ia、EEx de和EEx d防爆壳体,适用于危险区二、性能和优点可用于对功能安全要求为SIL2的安全系统中,遵循IEC61508/IEC61511-1标准种过程连接形式可供选择多种电子插件,如NAMUR、继电器、晶闸管、PFM信号输出:可与各种控制系统连接无需标定:快捷、低耗启动无机械移动部件:免维护、不磨损、使用寿命长叉体腐蚀监视:具有保证功能FDA认证材质(PFA Edlon)。
三、使用及安装1、限位检测:对罐内或管道内的介质进行高低液位检测适用于各种液体可用于易爆危险区食品和药品行业带抗腐性涂层特别适用于强腐蚀性介质2、测量原理:音叉按其固有频率振动,当音叉触及介质时频率减小,频率变化触发限位开关动作3、限位开关电子插件:二线制AC交流,供电回路内串接一负载场效应管输出4、测量范围:FTL 51 取决于带延伸管的探头长度,最长3000 mm/115 in介质密度:通过电子插件选择介质密度范围ρ>5g/cm或ρ>.7g/cm 3 35、电气连接:二线制AC交流供电,是与负载串连。
注意下列各项:1)状态下的驻存电流不超过3.8 mA。
2)电压时,载产生电压降电子插件,最小端子电压为19V3)状态下电子插件上压降不超过12V4)电流低于3.8 mA时,继电器不能失电此时应并联一个电阻。
6、输出信号:I=负载电流(闭路状态) <3.8mA=驻存电流(截止状态)7、安装:探头上的开关点取决于安装位置。
人机接口:显示和操作单元1)两路开关用于报警和密度切换2)LED绿灯闪烁指示通电3)LED红灯指示开关状态4)闪烁表示探头被腐蚀或电子插件损坏。

unction and system design
Liquiphant M FTL50(H), FTL5 1(H)
The sensor's fork vibrates at its intrinsic frequency. This frequency is reduced when covered with liquid. The change in frequency then activates a limit switch.
– the voltage drop across the load is such that the minimum terminal voltage at the electronic insert (19 V) when blocked is not undershot.
– the voltage drop across the electronics when switched through is observed (up to 12 V)
High corrosion-resistant AlloyC4 (2.4610) is available for the fork and process connections for applications in very aggressive liquids.
