摘要
磁选机是在产业界使用最广泛的、通用性高的机种之一,使用于再利用粉状粒体中的除去铁粉等,磁选机广泛用于资源回收,木材业、矿业、窑业、化学、食品等其他工场。
选煤厂用磁选机的目的是除去洗煤后的泥浆中所含的大量磁铁粉,使有用物质从泥浆中分离,并且得到重复利用。可见,磁选机对选煤厂回收再利用磁铁粉有着十分重要的作用,降低了选煤厂的生产成本而且节约了资源。
Known magnetic separator is presented in this paper, on the basis of the basic structure of the coal preparation plant was carried out using magnetic separation machine overall structure design,analysis and design calculation and checking of important components, the analysis and design calculation of transmission scheme;carried on the driving gear of the reducer, motor, and elastic coupling design selection;and furtherdesign and calculation of magnetic separation machine accessories.
The coal preparation plant with the purpose of the magnetic separator is to remove coal washing mud contains a large number of magnetic powder, and make the useful substance from the mud, and get repeated use.Visible, magnetic separation machine for coal preparation plant recycling magnet powder has a very important role, reduce the production cost but also save the resources of coal preparation plant.
磁选机是一种产生强大磁场吸引力的设备,它能除将混杂在非磁性物料中的铁磁性杂质分离,以节省成本,节约资源。近年来,为满足工业生产的多种需要,研制开发出了大量的新型磁选机。
本文在已知的磁选机的基本结构的基础上,进行了选煤厂用磁选机的总体结构设计、重要部件的分析设计计算及校核、传动方案的分析和设计计ቤተ መጻሕፍቲ ባይዱ;进行了驱动装置中的减速器、电动机、弹性联轴器等的设计选用;同时对磁选机其他附件进行进一步的设计计算。说明书中的部分设计计算过程和结果对本设计方案的确定提供了充足的理论计算数据。

引言
近几年来,随着煤炭业的发展,人们对煤矿产品的质量要求也越来越高。对大多数煤矿产品而言,含铁杂质是其最主要同时也是最有害的杂质成份。这个行业非常需要合适的非金属矿除铁去杂的高效、低成本的相应分选设备。大量实践证明,采用磁选除铁的方式,是非金属除铁提纯最有效、费用最低、工艺流程最简单的方式,最为用户所接受。
