例如:电压不稳、温度过高、湿度过大、环境烟尘大和清洁不到位等情况,对数字放映机的稳定性起着至关重要的因素。

(1)对机房的要求。

要配备独立的空调系统,如果是中央空调,其进风口尽量不安装在放映机上方,防止冷凝水滴入放映机产生故障,机房温度应控制在10—30摄氏度之间。

(2)对湿度的要求。

在湿度大的地区,要加装抽湿机,机房湿度应控制在5%-85%之间。

(3)对风速的要求。

放映机排风要求风速在6—12m/s之间,时间应控制在15分钟以上。

由于放映机要很强的抽风,使机房处于空气负压,因此应有等量流畅、清洁的新风进入放映间,在此基础上,还要有专用通道和一定的过滤设施,并加装过滤器。

(4)对消防的要求。

各位尊敬的巴可用户，当您看到放映机尾灯红色，报错5800。

首先看下触屏—诊断-当前状态
如果出现以下情况，说明ICP 温度过高，可以点击温度，进到里面看看ICP的温度，通常超过85度便会报警。

解决方案：
1.立即检查过滤网的清洁状态

2.在关机断电的状态下拔出板卡检查板卡上面灰尘，以及检查板卡箱两边的风口灰尘。

其实无非就是放映机内的热空气出不去，而冷空气无法进来，自然导致机器内温度升高。

除了以上，平时也要求放映人员主要清洁过滤网，确认放映机房的温度，让放映机“轻轻松松”的工作，它才不会出问题。

放映画面异常情况-常见解决方法（巴可）放映画面异常情况-常见解决方法（巴可）影院在日常放映中，放映画面难免出现异常情况。

如何通过观察、判断，找出最终原因，是影院技术人员不易掌握的内容。

为提高影院技术人员在这方面的排查能力，本文以巴可数字放映为例，对一些常见案例及相应解决方法进行举例说明，望影院遇到相同情况时，能有所参考。

通过大量检修案例发现，导致放映画面出现异常情况，主要是由于机房环境不达标、技术人员维护不及时或操作不当引起：一、机房环境不达标或人员维护不及时如果影院机房湿度大，容易引起板卡腐蚀；机房温度高，容易引起板卡散热不良；机房可吸入颗粒过多或人员维护不及时，板卡表面容易附着较多灰尘，即影响板卡散热，又容易引起插接件接触不良。

以上这些方面均会影响板卡正常工作性能，难免会出现放映画面异常情况。

放映画面颜色主要由ICP板卡或ICMP服务器、信号底板、光引擎三大件影响。

在检修案例数据统计中，ICP板卡和ICMP服务器接触不良占据多数。

ICP板卡主要作用为存储银幕文件，MCGD,3D和PCF文件；存储测试图；处理电子缩放和字幕，处理、选择输入源；处理TI日志文件。

ICMP服务器因由ICP板卡和具有服务器功能的部件组成，所以也具有ICP功能。

图1（为某影院ICP板卡积灰实拍）若由ICP板卡金手指氧化引起画面异常情况，可使用皮老虎和吸尘器清除表面灰尘；使用橡皮擦擦拭板卡金手指；使用吸尘器和柔软毛刷清洁信号底板插槽，一般可以解决。

ICMP服务器操作方法相同。

但影院机房环境应得到重视，并进行合理改善，放映人员应定期对设备进行A类、B类维护。

以下是某影院良好的机房环境现场采集照片。

部位或报警类型（部分报警信息）：在方括号里面，显示出是那个设备报警，或者是哪一类的报警。

措施：1、检查供给的空气压力是否正常和稳定，值得强调的是，即使设备的空气压力正常，这个报警仍然存在，这时要进行必要的复位操作以删除报警。

2、把通向设备的总阀门关闭，检查空气的压力是不是6bar 。

3、检查空气的压力传感器：这个传感器在设备的底部，标记着0e12。

它提供数字输入信号0e12，当空气压力值到了设定值时，该信号为1，否则为0.这个传感器能用螺丝刀进行调整。

真空压力低于所需要的值。

措施：1、如果真空由一个venturi泵提供，首先检查空气的压力值，空气压力本身是真空发生器。

2、检查供给的真空压力是否良好和稳定，值得强调的是，即使设备的真空压力正常，这个报警仍然存在，这时要进行必要的复位操作以删除报警。

3、检查真空压力表上的压力数值，关闭设备的总阀门，看压力是否到达负700mbar。

4、检查真空的压力传感器：这个传感器在设备的底部，标记着0e13。

它提供数字输入信号0e13，当真空压力值到了设定值时，该信号为1，否则为0.这个传感器能用螺丝刀进行调整。

如果所有的都正确，则用过机械命令（向上、向下）检查传送臂的机械运动。
