你单位办公大厅创新服务方式，引进了几台服务群众的设备，为了缓解人员不足带来的工作压力，现要招募一批大学生志愿者来维持大厅秩序，引导群众，帮助群众操作设备。你作为志愿者招募与管理的负责人，请问你如何组开展工作？

第一，提前了解工作性质与工作任务，制定出招募志愿者的具体条件，要求所招募的志愿者具有志愿服务意识、善于沟通、富有耐心等。

第二，主动联系高校团委，广泛宣传招募信息，通过现场招募的方式来开展招募工作。

第三，对已经招募好的志愿者进行岗前系统培训，主要培训大学生志愿者对服务设备的操作、维持现场秩序的工作方式、以及工作中沟通与表达的技巧。在培训期进行中期与终期考核，对于考核成绩不合格的志愿者实行淘汰制和二次培

训相结合的方式，优化志愿者结构。

第四，在志愿者上岗服务过程当中，依据工作量，合理安排志愿者的工作任务，做到专人专岗、专人专责、互相协调配合。并且在服务过程当中及时跟进工作，了解志愿者的工作动态，做好量化考核工作与思想沟通工作，从而让志愿者能切实感受到服务他人的乐趣，也能让群众感受到我们单位的精细化服务工作确实为他们带来了很大的帮助与便利。

最后，针对工作中出现的问题与不足，广泛听取领导、群众和志愿者等人的意见，能够做到及时反思与改正，争取我们的服务工作更上一层楼，从而为我们单位的工作添砖加瓦，贡献自己应有的力量。
