而且今年笔试难度来看,貌似咨询和审计的难度几乎没有差别,测试的题目类型也是一致的。

我是某财经大学的大四学生,参加了四大的招聘。
下面把我的面试经验提供给各位:1 网申:四大的网申几乎是同一天做的,就德勤来说,网申内容很简单,没有open question,只要填好个人信息,上传一份就好了。
这一步只要大家多多认真,根本通过。
另外注意,英语六级是必须的,否那么会被系统刷掉。
2 :今年德勤的笔试是最简单的了,全部中文不说,而且很多都是老题目。
我记得考试前天晚上做了很多模拟题,有些居然跟考试题一样,所以我德勤笔试10分钟就做完交卷了。
不过,我笔试的时候已经签约华为,所以这场笔试是抱着打酱油的心态来的。
就算题目再简单,也要检查检查再提交。
3 ac面:ac面,也就是assessment center, 评估中心。
说白了就是群面。
群面由两个局部组成,一个是,一个是小组讨论。
自我介绍倒是没什么,每个人说几句话就可以了,注意这里是英文的,面试前先练下发音,免得太紧张舌头打结。
小组讨论算是比拟有意思的环节,每个人都会有一个题本,里面有一个很详细的案例(全英文注意)。
我们要讨论的就是如何设计一个方案来满足案例的要求。
我们抽到的是排序类的案例,给你很多材料和对应的价格,然后再给你一定的预算,让你设计一个方案出来。
在讨论的过程当中,是随便用中文还是英文的,如果英文话就果断藏拙,用中文吧,没问题的。
讨论完了是陈述环节,每个人就刚刚的讨论陈述自己的观点,注意这里是英文的,所以讨论的时候就要想好英文怎么说,免得到时候说不出一句话.总的来说,这个对小组配合要求挺高的。
如果小组有人太强势,那么你们这一队可能就乱掉了。
我们小组还挺和谐的,后来发现我们这一组全都进了,所以运气也挺重要。
4 par面:这就是聊天了,没啥专业问题,没啥英文测试(注意,有可能你的面试官是外国的par,必须全英文),放轻松就好。

举例如下:2.1 关于职业生涯规划的问题:请谈谈你 3 - 5 年的规划对于一个未踏进职场的学生而言,有非常明晰的职业规划也不大现实。
HR 之所以这样问是希望挖掘你应聘的深层次动机,看你是否具有稳定性。
建议回答不要过于具体,如“ 3 年成为主管, 5 年要成为经理。
”在不清楚对方职级和晋升条件的情况下,此类过于具体的回答都不明智。
2.2 你认为大学时代最成功 / 失败的一件事是什么?”“你最遗憾的一件事是什么?为什么?对于这类问题, HR 主要是从你的回答中来判断出你的价值观,即在你眼里什么最重要;对你而言,什么才是成功。
对于这类题,回答有一个基本思路,就是“ STAR ”原则。
S=Situation , T = Target , A = Action , R =Result 。
你完成某事或者做出某决定是在怎样的背景下,当时你具有怎样的资源,面临怎样的问题、事情或者决定最终的目标是什么;你是如何行动的 ( 利用资源、克服困难、解决突发状况等等 ) ;最后的结果是什么。
如果是失败的事例,那么结果之后你还需要分析失败的原因,并总结你得到的经验教训。
2.3 举例说明你是如何说服一个难以说服的人这类问题考的就是你的沟通和影响能力。

网申Q:网申时,在职位选择上要注意哪些问题?A:一般网申在注册简历后,企业会根据申请的先后顺序,对申请人简历进行筛选。
所以学生要仔细阅读职责描述、招聘要求,结合自己的技能判断可胜任的岗位范围;还要根据所应聘部门的情况及工作内容判断符合自己职业兴趣的岗位。
Q:是否可以通过注册不同的用户名来申请更多职位?A:通常情况下不可以。
很多企业的简历系统是通过注册的身份证号来进行唯一识别的,一人只能注册一次,每次最多选2个职位。
Q:如何提高简历通过率?A:相比纸质简历,电子注册简历更有优势。
每个企业的电子注册简历模板都是针对职位综合要求设计的,反映企业对职位的考察点,填写很重要。
第二,适当地、有针对性地增加职位要求相关内容,突出简历描述与职位的匹配度也是重点。
Q:简历可以随时修改吗?A:通常在申请职位前可修改,一旦系统提示提交简历后就不能再修改了。

从我网申德勤的club开始到拿到offer
从我开始网申德勤的club开始到拿到offer,这一路多亏有了应届生帮忙,下面把我的经历小小的总结一下,希望能对大家有帮助哈。
我申请的是audit的intern。
我记得笔试应该是四月底(由于楼主是个没有记日记习惯的人,所以有些日子可能记得不是很准,各位见谅啦~),笔试之前在应届生上搜了搜笔经,之后自己又在应届生上练了两天多的Numerical和Verbal(基本上把能做的题都做了一遍),就参加考试去了。
德勤的笔试不像普华,不是把大家集中在一个教室里考试,而是网上远程答题,所以只要能上网就能作答。
楼主是在家做的,所以环境比较熟悉,可能会出好成绩有一定帮助吧。
考试的形式就是网上说的那种限制时间的模式,我每个部分的最后一题都因为做的太慢而没做完,但是我觉得自己做过的题应该都是对的。
PS 建议不要几个人做一份儿题,一旦别人和你的答案不一致就会发生讨论,这样的话会耽误很多时间的。
之后应该是一个星期左右就接到了短信和邮件通知,让我五月二号(应该是哈。
)去德勤大楼参加小组面试。
当时收到短信的时候小激动了一下,发现自己做的那些努力还是没有白费的。
正好那天心情不好,收到的这条短信就当安慰自己了接着开始准备面试。
鹤壁市一样,我在网上看了许多面经,自己总结了一下。
又找了之前去过四大实习的同学帮忙一起练习。
主要就是把网上出现过的面试题搜罗起来,两个人罗列一下观点,想想用什么方法表达。
(德勤的面试题是案例讨论形式的,所以大家就不要看那些阐述主题类型的了)当然,面试都是英文的,所以在这期间也好好复习了一下英文口语。
之后就去参加面试了。
当天我有点儿紧张,所以让自己早点儿到好熟悉一下环境,到了之后遇上了一个外经贸和一个北大的同学,相谈甚欢,紧张的心情也就慢慢减轻了很多。
好像到了八点半左右的样子,我们开始在德勤员工的指挥下分组。
我记得我们是八个人组成一个小组,组里有来自各个大学的学生,其中中央财经大学和对外经贸大学的学生很多。
本科生研究生都有,当然本科生占多数。

面试过程分为英语与同伴交流之后用英语介绍同伴、抽一个话题准备后说三分钟英语,小组讨论及presentation、英语写作四个部分,约3个小时。
中间有休息时间。
Manager InterviewAC之后紧接着就要经理面试。
有点类似于Behavior Interview,经理一般首先会从简历上的问题入手,对他认为比较重要的事项提问,问得非常细,没有临时编故事的可能。
之后可能会对你在AC中的表现,问一些问题。
对于非相关专业的人,还会问一些会计的基本常识。
然后就是聊天了,问你的一些其他情况,或者challenge一些其他问题。
最后会非常礼貌地问你是否还有其他问题。
Partner Interview合伙人面试是最后一关,主要以聊天为主,看你的性格和潜在能力是否符合公司的需要,同时会考察你的英语能力、交流能力。
面试的结果一般有三类,当时就可以确定你能拿offer,人事直接通知;不能确定你是否适合,人事根据招收的人数和你前面的表现考虑是否给你offer;当时就确定你完全不符合公司的要求,当然也就不会收到任何通知。
2.毕马威KPMG、安永E&YPaper Test毕马威的笔试采用的是SHL的试题,分为verbal和number两个部分,时间有限,一般做不完,主要考察英文阅读能力、逻辑能力、数字能力和准确率。

作为一个职业规划师,经常遇到朋友抱怨:投出去十多份简历啦,怎么还没有回音?也经常遇到HR抱怨:收到无数份简历,怎么都没有一个好的?写点文字,告慰双方。
一个来自金星,一个来自火星。
明白到双方的沟通方式就好。
一、不投超过50封简历,不要唧歪如果你翻开一本2000年的求职指南之类的书,他会告诉你,当时的简历的回馈率大概在10%,也就是说,大概投递10份简历,你就会有一个面试机会。
而这个数字随着求职网站的盛行,网络的普及大大下降。
如果今天你依然用电子简历的话,回馈率大概在2%左右。
这就意味着,平均一个找工作的要投递50封简历才有一个面试机会。
最近的经济危机也许会让这个数字雪上加霜……这个数字告诉我们的是:没有投递超过50份简历的人,不要唧唧歪歪,内心不平。

还有一个理由,现在三大求职网站,企业购买招聘服务是按照月购买的。
一般登出来的前两周就能够找到人,所以后两周投中的机率就等于零。

二、让HR看不到你的简历的理由1、附件+邮件你写完简历,然后直接附件在邮件上面,准备群发?慢,看看以下的提醒,你注意到了么?1)用最淳朴的WORD 2003版的格式,不要用OFFICE 2007的格式,人家打不开。
PDF 更是招人恨,很多人不会打开——我见过一个兄弟用PDF格式发了200多份简历,最后一个很好心的HR给他回信说,这个格式不认识!不会用PDF格式的人是有点弱,但是不要因为别人的弱而毒害自己的前途。
2)附件+邮件:用附件+邮件到的方式来显示。
这样可以直接在打开的信件中看到。
如果你只有附件,那么打开你的邮件就多了一道工序。

本人是南审06级ACCA的毕业生,在09年底经历了毕马威和德勤的整个招聘过程,顺利拿到了两家的offer,最终选择了KPMG。
在这里想写下整个笔试和面试过程,与大家分享,并希望能对将来走上求职之路的学弟学妹们有所帮助。
一、初识四大相信很多财经类特别是会计审计专业的同学对四大并不陌生。
那我在这里还是想说点废话,四大是国际四大会计师事务所的简称,国际四大会计师事务所包括普华永道(PricewaterhouseCoopers)、毕马威(KPMG)、德勤(Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu)和安永(Ernst&Young)。
每年四大在全国会招聘上千名应届毕业生,在外企这个圈子里,招聘人数绝对是No.1的。
大约九月底,四大的官网就可以接受网申材料,并开始在全国各高校进行宣讲,拉开轰轰烈烈的校园招聘大幕。
二、四大待遇有人把四大说成地狱,也有人把四大比喻成天堂。
四大的工作非常辛苦,在忙季可能经常加班到深夜甚至有时要工作24小时,所以这绝对不是一份安稳而轻松的工作,申请者必须要有心理准备。
然而,付出总会有回报,你可以获得一份还算不错的薪水,同时在毕业后的几年内学到各行各业的知识,为将来的职业发展打好坚实的基础。
三、四大的招聘过程四大的招聘过程是一样的,都由以下五个环节构成:网申、笔试、一面、二面、发offer,但环节里面的具体细节四大的每一家都各具特色,下面我就毕马威和德勤作为代表,谈谈整个过程的详细情况。
宣讲会作为招聘的序幕,打击也一定要重视,因为宣讲会上作演讲的那些manager和par日后很可能就是面试你的人,如果你能记得当初宣讲会TA讲的内容,将会给自己加分哦。
1、网申毕马威的网申系统可能是四大里面做的比较复杂的一个,正因为它有这样的系统,所以避免了日后需要应聘者携带大量纸质材料(如个人简历、证书原件等)的麻烦。
整个网申大致分为四大部分:个人基本信息、学业情况、学生活动及实习情况、开放式问题(非常重要,一定要写好)。

需要注意的也许就是不要有拼写错误,再就是不要写中文。
我的一个同学因为在地址一栏写了中文惨遭淘汰,估计是程序自己见到中文就筛掉吧(纯属猜测)。
2、笔试,德勤的笔试是最简单的,不需要特别准备。
别人习惯把它叫做性格测试,但是我一直叫它职业适值测试,因为如果通过不了不代表你**,只能说你不适合他们的文化,呵呵。
注意事项大概就是不要太极端,但也不要弄虚作假,毕竟如果真的不适和,勉强是没有幸福的。
3、AC,德勤的笔试是10月25日,结束后,我立即从松江飞奔到复旦去考KP的笔试。
话说回来,一直对Kp抱着更大的热情,经典24我已经熟到15分钟全部做完的地步,所以从25号之后,就一直苦等KP的AC通知,每天守着电话。
可是有心栽花花不开,Kp到最后也没有给我一面的机会,反而在11月1号,意外的发现邮箱里躺着德勤的一面通知。
一面在11月5日,星期三,我永远记得这个日子,因为这天,在面过德勤回去的路上,收到了普华的一面通知,晚上,又上网查到自己过了瑞安恶心的笔试,成功进入一面。
再说面试过程吧。
8人一组,卧虎藏龙啊,一个同济的硕士哥哥,一个法国留学归来的硕士姐姐,一个英国留学回来的硕士姐姐,一个厦门大学的硕士姐姐,还有四个小本,其中一个已经拿到了普华的offer。
全程HR和Manager都冷冰冰的,看不出喜怒。

首先这家是需要先下载一份简历,自己填好后按照要求发到指定邮箱。
简历里基本就是介绍一下自己的情况,课外活动以及获奖经历什么的。
最后会有一道OP,问为什么要选择LEAP。
因为前面简历基本上突出不了个人特点,所以最后一道问题基本上是这份简历的亮点吧,需要认真回答。
据说,简历筛选就刷掉了50%的人...如果简历筛选通过,恭喜你,你会收到上一届LEAP学长学姐发来的短息以及邮件,进入到校园面试环节。
据说今年我赶上了改革,面试环节有所改变,但整体来说面试还是非常轻松的。
因为都是由学长学姐来面试,所以不用太紧张~首先需要准备一分钟个人介绍,可以是中文也可以是英文。
之后会提供给你三个小纸条,随意抽出一张就是你面试的问题啦。
整个面试这是唯一一个必须用英文回答的环节。
问题不难,当时我们那届好像问的是你有什么缺点,做过的最有价值的一件事,以及怎样规划你的一天什么的。
