产品简介

3M TM 6011是3M 公司开发的一种单组份，低温快速热固化的改性环氧树脂胶粘剂。能

在较低温度、极短的时间内，在多种不同类型的材料之间形成极佳的粘接力。产品工作

性能优良，具有较高的储存稳定性。

典型应用

本产品可以很好地满足低温固化制程，粘接热敏感性元器件，比如记忆卡、CCD/CMOS 、

LED 透镜等器件。

注意：粘接部位可能需要加热一定的时间才能达到固化的温度。固化条件会因不同的装置

而不同。实际固化温度和时间，需要客户根据自己的具体应用来选择。

除非标签上另有特别注明，本产品的理想贮存条件是在-20ºC 下将未开口的产品密封冷

藏在干燥的地方。

为避免污染原装胶粘剂，不得将任何用过的胶粘剂倒回原包装内。

储存期限：自生产之日起6个月。

注意事项

1. 请在室温下使用，防止高温；

2. 产品从仓库中取出后，避免立即开封，应先在室温下放置大概2个小时使其回温到

室温后再开封使用（回温时间与包装大小及环境气氛有关）

4. 充分保障工作场所的换气。
