过去的课程目标是没有这样一个思维的含量的,它具体的内容都是在语言知识、情感态度、技能、文化意识、学习策略上,虽然也有多元的这样一个目标,但是里面没有显性的、对思维方面的一个目标的具体要求。

所以这次思维品质作为一项新的课程要素提出来是非常重要的,特别是在整个大的国际和国内发展背景下,对于学生的创新思维、解决问题的能力、创造性的这样一种培养。

能力的培养都需要通过这种创新的思维、有逻辑思维、批判思维这样来构成的,所以在思维品质当中就提出了逻辑、批判、创新三个。

这个思维不同的形式需要在我们的英语课程当中对学生加强培养。

学习能力其实是提高学习效率,也是落实学习质量的重要的保障。

所以我们在整个课程实施当中需要把对学生学习能力,也就是将来学生自主发展这样的能力放在整个课程的实施过程当中,构成学生将来终生发展的一个基础。

那么这四个要素就构成我们现在英语学科的新的课程目标-----解读:语言能力,听说读看写;文化意识,中外都了解;思维品质,独立创新咧;学习能力,策略效率绝。

变化二:课程结构的变化新课标规定高中英语课程由必修、选择性必修、选修三类课程构成。

必修课程(6学分)为全体学生必须修习的课程,旨在构建英语学科核心素养的共同基础,使所有学生都能达到英语学业质量水平一的要求,满足高中毕业基本要求。

高中学业水平考试应以必修课程的内容和学业质量水平一为命题主要依据。

选择性必修课程(8学分)供有学习兴趣和升学考试需求的学生选修,与必修课程形成递进关系;学生在完成选择性必修课程的8学分后,方可参加高考。

2003年,教育部印发的普通高中课程方案和课程标准实验稿,指导了十余年来普通高中课程改革的实践,坚持了正确的改革方向和先进的教育理念,基本建立起适合我国国情、适应时代发展要求的普通高中课程体系,促进了教育观念的更新,推进了人才培养模式的变革,提升了教师队伍的整体水平,有效推动了考试评价制度的改革,为我国基础教育质量的提高作出了积极贡献。

但是,面对经济、科技的迅猛发展和社会生活的深刻变化,面对新时代社会主要矛盾的转化,面对新时代对提高全体国民素质和人才培养质量的新要求,面对我国高中阶段教育基本普及的新形势,普通高中课程方案和课程标准实验稿还有一些不相适应和亟待改进之处。

2013年,教育部启动了普通高中课程修订工作。

本次修订深入总结21世纪以来我国普通高中课程改革的宝贵经验,充分借鉴国际课程改革的优秀成果,努力将普通高中课程方案和课程标准修订成既符合我国实际情况,又具有国际视野的纲领性教学文件,构建具有中国特色的普通高中课程体系。

强调对学生语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力的综合培养,具有工具性和人文性融合统一的特点。

1. Course nature: The English curriculum of regular high school is a basic cultural course which is aimed to fully implement the party’s educational policy, to conduct the basic task to strengthen moral education and cultivate the people, to develop the core competencies of the English subject and train constructors and successors for the socialist cause. It emphasizes on the comprehensive cultivation of students’language ability, cultural consciousness, thinking quality and learning ability. It hasa feature of instrumental and humanistic integration.2. 学科核心素养:是学科育人价值的集中体现,是学生通过学科学习而逐步形成的正确价值观念、必备品格和关键能力。
