附录A：《计算机综合应用能力全球标准认证（IC3）》简介计算机综合能力考核·全球标准认证（Internet and Computing Core Certification，简称IC3）是世界上第一个借助计算机综合应用能力学习与评定系统（Benchmark＆Mentor）对学员数字化能力进行培训和认证的验证体系。

IC3国际认证众所周知，基本的计算机和网络操作技能，已经成为现代人职业发展的必备。

IC3是“Internet and Computing Core Certifications”的缩写（中文解释：网际网络与信息核心能力认证），它考核的三大模块内容为Computing Fundamentals（应用计算机基础能力）、Key Applications（主要软件应用能力）、Living Online（网络应用能力）。
