为了提升食品质量，保证食品安全，国家相对应提升了食品标准，并实行市场准入制，要求在食品包装上表明产地、日期、执行标准、成分等等。所以，食品好与坏，有国家标准，完全能够鉴别。

所以说，我们在购买食品时，要在正规的商场购买正规厂家生产的食品，注意看保质期、成分、 QS标志等，不要在学校门口、路边小摊里随意购买，更不能吃变质食品。只要我们时刻注意食品安全，就能保证身心健康，人人把好食品安全关，世界将会变得更美好。
