三、加药设备的组成

1.2项目描述及要求:本技术规格书适用于法兰的功能、设计、结构、性能、材料、制造、试验与检验、标志、合格证、包装、供货、安装、售后及技术服务等方面的技术要求。
1.3本技术规格书提出的是最低限度的技术要求,并未规定所有的技术要求和适用的标准,卖方应提供一套满足本技术规格书和所列标准要求的高质量产品及其相应服务;对国家有关安全、环保等强制性标准,必须满足其要求。
1.4在签定合同后,采购方仍保留对本技术规格书的技术规范提出补充要求和修改的权力,合理的要求供货方应给予配合。
二、结构说明本计量泵为小(JX)机座:泵由传动机构、液力端、托架、联轴器等主要部分组成。
小机座的传动机构采用弓形凸轮式;液力端为隔膜式。
2.1 弓形凸轮式传动机构电动机通过蜗杆蜗轮带动偏心轴旋转,经过弓形架使十字头、柱塞作直线往复运动,调节手轮可改变调节螺杆与偏心轴之间的距离,两者之间的距离越小泵行程越大,反之则越小。
2.2隔膜式液力端隔膜式液力端装有隔膜、补油阀组等。
隔膜可使液缸后部隔膜腔的油与输送的液体分开,确保输送的液体绝对不漏。
柱塞的往复运动使隔膜腔里的油压发生变化,推动隔膜做往复运动来改变液缸内的容积,使吸入阀和排出阀交替动作,进行输送液体。
隔膜腔里的油量,需要保持不变,因此采用了自动补油阀组。
隔膜液力端内设有补偿阀和安全阀。
补偿阀能及时地补充因柱塞填料泄漏,改变行程等原因引起的隔膜腔里的油量不足,使隔膜腔的油量保持正常以便保证泵的计量精度,安全阀上部的阀球可以放出隔膜腔及油箱内的空气。
自动补油阀组中的补偿阀,是靠隔膜腔中因油量不足所产生的瞬时真空造成的阀上阀下压力差使阀进行动作来补油。
安全阀的作用:一是能够泄掉因隔膜腔测量增加过多而超过规定压力,二是能够在因泵排出压力超过定值时打开,保护液力端安全。

DM1-DM6型机械隔膜计量泵一、检修项目1、检查出入口阀球、阀座、安全阀。
2、检查活塞杆,更换隔膜片,清理通流部分。
3、检查、更换润滑油及液压油。
4、检查、处理变速箱轴承。
5、检查、检修变速箱蜗轮蜗杆曲柄滑块及弓形轴。
6、变速箱箱体检查检修。
二、安装注意事项1、位置安装时应考虑为日常维护提供必要的空间,应在泵周围留出1米的空间。
PULSA GLM可用于室内和室个运行,但在室外运行时应使用机罩或遮盖物。
环境温度保持在0-40度之间。
泵应牢牢固定在紧固平坦的基础上,使震动最小化,否则可能导致连续松动。
泵用螺栓固定后,必须注意不要晃动底座,以免影响校准。
泵的水平偏差应在5°以内,以确保止回阀的正常工作。
2、管路系统2.1截止阀和管接头截止阀可以把泵从整个系统中分离出来,便于进行维修维护。
在使用校准柱的时候,可需要用隔离阀。
截止阀上应有开/闭指示。
2.2进口滤网在泵的入口端有个过滤网,位于入口管路截止阀和泵入口阀之间。
能1 / 19够过滤可能造成止回阀堵塞和膜片损害的固体颗粒。
其尺寸应根据流速和预计的污染水平来确定。
通常采用100目的筛网。
2.3校准柱:用于校准泵的流量,包含一个截止阀和回流管路。
2.4吸入管路压力表/真空表当泵的入口段压力未知,或者经常处于变化状态时。
在泵的入口段安装压力表。
压力表也能有效的显示过滤网的状态。
2.5出口管路压力表在距离泵出口阀一定位置安装压力表。
压力表能确保泵的正常运行,和用于对泄压阀和背压阀的调整。
注意:不能在泵的出口端直接安装90度弯头,因为会产生大的背压,导致膜片的寿命降低。
2.6泄压阀泄压阀安装在离泵出口阀尽可能近的位置,而且泵的出口和泄压之间,不应有其它的原件。
泄压阀的设定压力,不能大于泵的额定压力。
注意:不安装泄压阀或者没有正确的压力设置,有可能导致泵传动部分的损坏。
若因为出口负载超过额定压力,易导致泵的损坏。
2.7背压阀安装的背压阀,必须调整到合适的背压,可以保证泵精确的加药并能防止虹吸。
