Dear sir/madam,
I regret to have to complain about the quality problems of the cloth ordered from you company on 26th September.
On checking the new cloth received, I find that one of the sleeves has heavily faded, and it is quite different from your sample one. Although it only costs two hundred yuan, I still give it back to you inspection and I shall be glad if you can let me know the cloth can be changed as I expect.
I am looking forward to the new arrival of my cloth.
