内容主要是讨论帮助理解事物的不同方法。

本单元分两个课时完成,第一课时以阅读为主,学生在前面三课已经了解了终身学习的重要性,学校之间的差异和区别,以及他们喜欢的老师和学校,这些都是与学习相关的知识,本篇课文讨论的是理解事物的方法,仍然是在讨论有关学习的问题,是更深层次的学习问题。

本课的教学设计分为两个课时。

第一课时侧重对课文的理解,引导学生理出事件的发展脉络,提取文章的主要信息和细节信息,并在整理信息的过程中,引导学生发现分析问题和解决问题的思维过程,最后结合课文的信息和语言进行输出性活动。

本课的Reading 部分选自某个杂志对阿姆斯特丹这个“自行车之城”的介绍。

阿姆斯特丹是荷兰首都,它经历了从渔村到国际化大都市的发展历程,城市多达百条的水道,空中俯瞰犹如一张大网故亦名为“北方威尼斯”。

又因其不太宽敞却又平坦的马路,给自行车爱好者提供了先天的便利条件,故又名为自行车王国。

本课主要对自行车在阿姆斯特丹的发展历史,做了简要的描述本课的设计主要是引导学生,利用标题预测文章的主要内容。

同时培养学生通过快速阅读,提取段落大意的能力。

在快速阅读文章之后,学生自主出题可以让学生从另一个角度,获取文章的细节信息。

读后的采访设计,想通过实际的语境,将所学的语言进行运用,锻炼学生说的能力的同时,也会引起关注自行车对一个城市交通和环境的影响,提倡环保绿色出行的公民意识。

作业部分的建议记录,进一步对本课所涉及到的信息进行内化,同时也是基础相对好一些学生提升自我的机会,是本课的升华部分。

本课的教学设计分为两个课时。

第一课时侧重对课文的理解,引导学生理出事件的发展脉络,提取文章的主要信息和细节信息,并在整理信息的过程中,引导学生发现分析问题和解决问题的思维过程,最后结合课文的信息和语言进行输出性活动。

第二课时在对课文进行复习的基础上,引入本课的重点内容——现在完成进行时,通过分析例句,体验、发现并总结该语法的形式和语意功能,并在不同层面的活动中,进一步体会该语法的语意功能,最后初步运用现在完成进行时进行表达。

第二课时的难点在于理解现在完成进行时的语意功能,而不是语言形式。
