特性:•可帮助减少工作量,减少面漆材料的消耗。

•可以帮助消耗剩余的鹦鹉22 系列高浓双组份VOC 面漆。

注意:•285-95 用作湿碰湿中涂时,应先且只能用285-270 作底漆。

•22 系列色母应先与522-M0 或522-MO/35 混合之后再加入到该中涂漆而不能将色母直接加入!混合物加入后应立即搅拌均匀!•也可用于塑料件修补,如果采用522-111 柔软添加剂,则按照工艺系统S.3a 施工,将下表中A 或B 混合物以 4:1 加入522-111 柔软添加剂,如果采用522-10 塑料添加剂,则按照工艺系统S.3施工, 按2:1 的体积比加入。

1)配药前,喷雾器、配药工具要清洗干净。 2)不要用金属材质的配药器具 ,新配药器具,使用前要 准确测量其体积。 3)准确量取用药量和用水量。 不要用瓶盖量取农药,更 不能目测估计药量,以确保配制药液的浓度。 农药田间试验 更应该注意这一点。 4)配 药 时 要 看 清 楚 农 药 名 称 ,防 止 拿 错 、漏 加 或 重 复 加入。 5)稀 释 过 程 中 ,要 注 意 安 全 ,切 忌 用 手 直 接 搅 拌 农 药 ,触 杀性强的杀虫剂更要谨慎。
4 充分溶解,充分搅拌
农药水剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶性液剂等剂型配制的药液 为水溶液,理化性能相对稳定,但溶解分散的速度有快有慢, 因此要“充分溶解”;而乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、水 分散粒剂等剂型配制的药液为乳浊液和悬浊液, 其稳定性 差,悬浮率随时间的推迟而降低,所以在配制时一定要“充分 搅 拌 ”,使 其 成 分 分 散 均 匀 ,悬 浮 率 达 最 高 , 同 时 配 好 的 药 液 尽可能在短时间内施完。
农药稀释也称“农药冲淡”,指按照稀释倍数加水于农药 制剂中以降低农药浓度的过程。 浓度变化一次称为一次稀 释,变化两次称二次稀释,以此类推。 加水量与商品农药用量 的比值称为“稀释倍数”。 高质量稀释法是指农药稀释时,两 次浓度变化范围相近。
2 高浓度母液的配制
母液指先加少量水配成高浓度的稀释液, 但还不能使 用,尚待继续加水稀释成所需浓度后才能使用。 通常取用水 量的 3%~5%作为稀释 用 水 。 需 水 量 大 ,可 少 取 些 水 ;使 用 倍 数高,可少取;反之,多取。 然后量取一定量农药,加入到定量 (3%~5%)水 中 ,充 分 溶 解 与 搅 拌 ,使 其 浓 度 均 匀 即 可 。

HighGene plus Transfection reagent说明书货号:RM09014P规格:1mL,10mL◆产品描述HighGene plus Transfection reagent细胞转染试剂是一种新型的混合型高分子聚合物转染试剂。

它可以与核酸(包括质粒、siRNA、寡聚核苷酸)相互作用形成一种复合物将核酸转运到真核细胞内,适用于大部分真核细胞的细胞转染。

◆产品特点1、适用于多种细胞类型和培养板。

2、高转染效率、批次稳定重复性好、操作简单。

3、转染过程不受血清和抗生素的影响。

◆保存条件-20℃保存,24个月有效。

◆操作说明1、贴壁细胞转染(以293T细胞为例)(1)第一天,将293T细胞接种到6孔板中,细胞密度控制在70%-90%为宜;注:根据实验需求,可以选择不同的细胞培养装置,细胞接种数量和所需培养液体积详见附表1(2)第二天,先取4μg质粒加入到200μL无血清DMEM基础培养基离心管中,吹打混合均匀,然后加入8μL HighGene plus转染试剂,吹打混合;注:MEM、1640、F12等基础培养基均可用于HighGene plus转染试剂的溶剂,不同的细胞培养装置所需质粒的量和HighGene plus转染试剂剂量详见附表2(3)将200μL质粒/HighGene plus转染试剂复合物均匀滴加到6孔细胞培养板孔中,轻轻晃动细胞培养板使其均匀分布;注:6孔板中为完全培养基,轻轻晃动细胞培养板即可,切勿剧烈摇动细胞培养板,以免细胞脱落漂浮!(4)细胞转染4-6h后,半量更换新鲜完全培养基;注:半量换液时,吸弃一半原有完全培养基,补加一半新鲜完全培养基(5)细胞转染24-48h后,即可使用适当方式进行检测,如RT-PCR、Western、ELISA、报告基因等,或加入相应筛选药物(G418或Puromycin)可获得稳定细胞株。

2、悬浮细胞转染(以HEK293F细胞为例)(1)第一天,在125mL摇瓶中接种30mL密度为1×106个/mL HEK293F悬浮细胞;(2)第二天,先取30μg质粒加入到3mL无血清DMEM基础培养基离心管中,吹打混合均匀,然后加入60μL HighGene plus转染试剂,吹打混合均匀;(3)将3mL质粒/HighGene plus转染试剂复合物均匀滴加到30mL体积HEK293F悬浮细胞的125mL摇瓶中,轻轻摇动摇瓶使其混合均匀;(4)细胞转染3-5天后,根据蛋白表达的情况(胞内表达或分泌表达),收集细胞或细胞培养上清,进行后续蛋白纯化操作。

【成份】本品主要成份为:过氧化氢结构式:
【性状】本品为无色澄明液体;无臭或有类似臭氧的臭气;遇氧化物或还原物即迅速分解并发生泡沫,遇光易变质。

【适应症】
适用于化脓性外耳道炎和中耳炎、文森口腔炎、齿龈脓漏、扁桃体炎及清洁伤口。

【规格】溶液剂
【不良反应】高浓度对皮肤和黏膜产生刺激性灼伤,形成一疼痛“白痂”。

以本品连续应用漱口可产生舌乳头肥厚,属可逆性。

本品
溶液灌肠时,当含过氧化氢(H2O2)浓度≥0.75%可发生气栓或(和)肠坏疽。

【注意事项】本品遇光、热易分解变质。

【药物相互作用】不可与还原剂、强氧化剂、碱、碘化物混合使用。

【药理毒理】本品为氧化性消毒剂,含过氧化氢(H2O2)2.5%~3.5%。

【摘要】稀释法生产啤酒CO2含量不足的原因,主要是酒体本身CO2不足和
稀释水CO2饱和度不够。

影响的因素是发酵时的罐压、温度,发酵液的酒精含量,发酵时间,稀释水温度及外加CO2的压力。

解决办法是(以13°BX稀释为10°BX为例),将发酵罐压由0.12MP。

澳兰多啤酒设备有限公司塔式脱氧设备操作规程—浓度配比一、设备原理、构成及工矿要求1、塔式设备的脱氧原理脱氧原理:由于特殊设计的塔有巨大的比表面积,使水基本形成水膜的形式与CO2气体接触,不但大大增大了接触面积,而且使CO2最大限度地溶于水。

脱氧的过程是通过水与CO2在填料床中对流而实现的,水在塔内通过重力的作用自上而下流动,CO2则靠压力差自下而上与水呈逆流流动。

水在塔中形成水膜,当水膜自一个填料通过接触点流至下一个填料时,原来在水膜内层的水转而处于表层,而原来处于表层的水转入内层,这样大大的减少了气体在水中的扩散速度,缩短了氧气的释放时间,大大的提高了脱氧效率。

冷法塔式脱氧水的残氧量小于0.02ppm。

热法塔式脱氧水的残氧量小于0.015p 热法塔式设备的脱氧原理与冷法原理基本相同,但在热法塔式脱氧72度高温段脱氧同时对水进行了瞬时杀菌。

采用三段式换热方式,节约能耗。

浓度配比原理:系统由CO2流量计,CO2分析仪,CO2调节阀,调节阀,麦芽汁浓度仪等组成,该单元可以在线检测并控制CO2浓度,提高啤酒中的CO2含量及稳定性;采用在线浓度检测并控制原麦汁浓度,提高配比精度。

过程检测单元:在线的溶氧检测准确地测量系统的残氧量,并控制脱氧系统的运行;高灵敏度的温度检测系统,结合独特的控制思想,控制稀释水的温度符合工艺要求;在线的PH检测系统保证稀释水的PH值符合要求,保证稀释酒的胶体稳定;高精度的流量检测确保浓度的准确测量;在线的原浓检测和在线的二氧化碳分析系统,使稀释酒的浓度和二氧化碳浓度的精确控制成为现实,次酒的回收功能使酒损降至最低。

2、塔式脱氧设备的构成采用高效的填料专业设计的脱气塔,良好的传质效果确保以最低的二氧化碳气体消耗获得高精度的脱气效果。

在进入脱气塔之前水温被升高至72摄氏度,一方面降低了脱气所需的二氧化碳量另一方面同时达到巴氏灭菌的目的,由于采用高效的三段式板式换热器高达95%的热能得到了重复利用。

冷法脱氧该系统采用常压置换工艺制备脱氧水,它由传质塔,离心泵、自控系统等部件组成。

特殊设计的传质塔,主要是利用亨利定律和道尔顿分压定律并采用高新技术填料,有很大的比表面积,大大的提高了气---液置换的效率。

该系统包括前平衡单元、脱氧单元、液位控制单元、温度控制单元、二氧化碳控制单元、CIP清洗控制单元。

3、塔式系统的工矿技术要求:1)二氧化碳:大于5.5Bar,纯度大于99.98%。

2)酿造水:压力2 ~3Bar,流量达到15T/h。

3)压缩空气:干燥、洁净,压力大于5.5Bar。

4)冷媒:压力3 ~4Bar,流量30T/h,温度-4 ~-5℃。

二、塔式高浓稀释设备浓度体冗余操作说明1、生产前准备1、脱氧水罐中有足够的脱氧水。

2、确认压缩空气、CO2供气阀都处于打开状态,且CO2 供给压力≥0.5MPa,压缩空气供给压力≥0.5MPa。

3、酒后缓冲罐用二氧化碳备压0.8~1.5bar。

2、体积配比操作1、正确连接管接板,确认管路;2、按K2键进入系统配比主页面(图1),可以按F7进入体积配比界面(图2),按F8进入浓度配比界面(图4);(图1)3、正确输入待稀释高浓酒的原浓、清酒的浓度、稀释率中的两个(通过移动键来相继选中原浓设定、设定浓度、配比稀释率,输入正确的值后按键确认);按K10键进入二氧化碳控制器界面图10,通过改变进行二氧化碳含量设定,(图2)3、按F6对累计量清零后,即可按F7启动体积配比,启动后在体积配比界面(图2)上有状态显示,如下图3;(图3)4、配比结束后按F8即可自动停止体积配比。

三、浓度配比配比操作1、正确连接管接板,确认管路2、在浓度配比界面(图4)正确输入待稀释高浓酒浓度设定值和CO2设定值(通过移动键来相继选中浓度设定值和CO2设定值,输入正确的值后按键确认);按K10键进入二氧化碳控制器界面图10,通过改变进行二氧化碳含量设定进行浓度配比时要相应的改变浓度表的品种选择,在浓度显示表上按进入测量设定页,按2键进入页面选择,按F1出现产品列表,选择相应的产品号按两次F4键接受,再按一次1回到测量画面。

(图4)3、按F6对累计量清零后,即可按F7启动浓度配比,启动后在浓度后配比界面(图4)上有状态显示,如下图5(图5)4、配比结束后按F8即可自动停止浓度配比。

浓度表标定,需要进入“1级权限”操作内,密码为“0123”。

首先按进入权限页面。

按“1”然后按“0123”然后按“F4”进入1级权限。

在该页面分别输入浓度表显示值、化验室检测值,系统将自动完成校准四、其它控制界面1、按K1键可以进入控制主页面(图6),同主控液面选择不同的控制,F2进入配比主控界面(图1),F4进入手动界面(图7),F6进入系统清洗界面(图19);(图6)2、手动控制液面,在控制主页面(图6)上按F4进入手动界面(图7),通过移动键可以相继选中配比水泵、配比酒泵、液位控制器、二氧化碳控制器、体积配比控制器、浓度配比控制器,然后按键确认,也可以通过F5进入液位控制器(图8)、F6进入二氧化碳控制器(图10)、F7进入体积配比控制器(图9)、F8进入浓度配比控制器(图11)。

2、二氧化碳含量的标定。

在二氧化碳含量显示画面按F2键进入标定画面。

按F6进入运转周期设定,按F8键进入清洗(指的是二氧化碳分析仪的清洗)设定出厂设定(图16)Constant A 0.880Constant C -10.74 (不能修改)Constant D 2617.25 (不能修改)标定:(实验室测定值/设备测定值)×Constant A 即可得出新的Constant A值,把这个值输入。

2、系统每周碱洗一次。

3、清洗步骤:a、系统循环碱洗30分钟,碱液浓度要求2~3%,温度要求60~70℃;b、热水清洗30分钟至洗涤液残水呈中性,热水温度60~70℃;c、在系统清洗画面按F5启动水管路清洗程序,按F6停止水管路清洗程序;按F7启动酒管路清洗程序,F7停止酒管路清洗程序,在在系统清洗画面上部有清洗状态显示。

d、碱洗或酸洗完成后,用清水按相同的步骤进行冲洗。

如果系统用水易结垢,建议每半年用酸液浸泡一次,浸泡60分钟。

否则,建议每年用酸液浸泡一次,浸泡60分钟七、日常维护a)二氧化碳分析仪要每月进行一次压力标定。

b)二氧化碳分析仪取样阀的O型圈每三个月更换一次。

c)二氧化碳分析仪气缸的维护每两年进行一次,在拆气缸时一定先把压力传感器拆下来,防止将其损坏。

4、浓度分析仪为免维护型,无需维护。

5、管道螺丝要时常检查,防止松动进气影响酒液溶氧值。
