第一次听说希望之星，是在一个当英语老师的朋友那。
这个朋友说，她家孩子如果以后参加英语比赛，只会考虑希望之星。
这使我第一次对希望之星产生了好奇。
这项比赛全称是“希望之星”英语风采大赛（后面简称“希望之星”），已经有19年历史，面向全国，央视背书。
“希望之星”不是单纯的应试比赛，更侧重口语和听力。
目前，国内三大英语演讲比赛为21世纪杯、外研社杯和希望之星。
其中，希望之星规模最大，也最有影响力。
这项赛事跨越了幼儿园到大学组的各个年龄段。
它在很多人的青春里都留下了深刻印记。
比如《奇葩说》选手、哈佛女神许吉如，16岁曾获得“希望之星”英语风采大赛高中组全国总冠军。
选择参加希望之星，一是因为正规。
我家孩子两次参加希望之星，都是学校组织，学校报名。
个人亲证，没有额外收费。
不用交报名费，也不用交参赛费，三轮下来，比赛费用为0。
光这一点，就能秒杀时下许多名为比赛、实为敛财的赛事。
二是为了锻炼孩子的综合实力。
自孩子上学后，我一直坚持让他每年参加一次校级以上的正规活动或比赛。
一方面为了开拓视野，积累经验，另一方面，也为了让孩子学会表达自我，让别人看到。
而希望之星，不仅考察英语的运用能力，还要综合考察现场表演、演讲技能等多方面。
这是提升孩子临场反应能力、锻炼控场能力的好机会。
三是培养孩子积极坚强的心理特质。

《希望之星幼儿组比赛规则》
“希望之星”幼儿组比赛规则旨在为幼儿组赛事提供一个规范的环境，以保障参赛者的安全和赛事的公平公正。
1. 参赛者必须是3-6岁的少年儿童，并由家长或监护人陪同参赛。
2. 比赛项目包括跳高、短跑、定向越野等，具体项目以比赛当天为准。
3. 比赛结束后，根据比赛成绩，将颁发金、银、铜奖牌给入围决赛的参赛者。
4. 如有违反规则的行为，将取消参赛者的比赛资格，并可能被罚款或受到其他处罚。
5. 参赛者必须遵守比赛现场的安全措施，不得私自擅自离开比赛现场，以免发生意外。
“希望之星”幼儿组比赛规则旨在为参赛者提供安全、公平的比赛环境，期待每一位参赛者都能获得比赛的快乐与收获。

“希望之星”赛事流程一．复赛共24场，每场48人. 注:请大家严格按照组委会规定的场次,如若没有按时参加,则视为自动弃权(具体场次请查看考试场次安排表，24日会登到组委会网站)2.地点:英孚教育，家长和选手一律在校外等待.0000000000000000000000000003.形式：第一环节：创意出场秀，每位选手准备一个不超过3分钟的“创意出场秀”，内容与大赛主题相关的演讲，要求选手要有创意、有新意。

题目有可能是一幅图画、一些词汇、场景以及话题。
2）互动问答，评委根据选手在上一环节的表现分别进行提问。

第一环节：即兴问答（2-3问题，每个问题60秒回答时间）之后四名直接晋级，两名直接淘汰，另四名待定。
第二环节：4名待定选手。
两人晋级6强 a. 每人先分别教现场一个家长学会一句英语 b. 故事接龙（60秒）， c. 即兴问答（60秒）10）6人分为两组第一环节：两组进行辩论，之后胜出2人。
淘汰4人为一等奖第二环节：2人看录像，各自谈感受,发表演讲。
第三环节：即兴问答胜出一人，即为特等奖。

“希望杯”全国数学邀请赛简介
“希望杯”全国数学邀请赛简介 这⼀邀请赛⾃1990年以来，已经连续举⾏了⼆⼗⼆届。
22年来，主办单位始终坚持⽐赛⾯向多数学校、多数学⽣，从命题、评奖到组织⼯作的每个环节，都围绕着⼀个宗旨：激发⼴⼤中学⽣学习的兴趣，培养他们的⾃信，不断提⾼他们的能⼒和素质。
这⼀活动只涉及初⼀、初⼆、⾼⼀、⾼⼆四个年级，不涉及初三、⾼三，不与奥赛重复，不与中考、⾼考挂钩，不增加师⽣负担，因此受到⼴⼤师⽣的欢迎。
该竞赛⼀直受到原国家教委的肯定，并被列⼊原国家教委批准的全国性竞赛活动的名单中，同时愈来愈多的数学家、数学教育家对邀请赛给予热情的关⼼和⽀持。
到第⼗届为⽌，参赛城市已超过500个，参赛学⽣累计598万。
“希望杯”全国数学邀请赛已经成为中学⽣中规模、影响最⼴的学科课外活动之⼀。
据介绍，该竞赛活动分两试进⾏。
第⼀试（每年三⽉进⾏）以各地（省、市、县、〔区〕、学校）为单位组织参赛学⽣，在全国各参赛学校同时进⾏，各测试点按命题委员会下发的评分标准进⾏阅卷、评分，从中按七分之⼀的⽐例按成绩择优选拔参加第⼆试的选⼿。
第⼆试（每年四⽉进⾏）由当地《数理天地》编委分会或地、市级教研室或教育学院、教科所、教师进修学校统⼀组织，测试结束后，各测试点将试卷密封，向组委会挂号寄出，由命题委员会阅卷，从中按⼋分之⼀的⽐例按成绩评定⼀、⼆、三等奖，分别授予⾦、银、铜奖牌及获奖证书。
对组织⼯作做得出⾊的地区或学校，组委会颁发“希望杯”数学邀请赛组织奖。
⽇本国算数奥林匹克委员会对此项赛事⾮常关注，该委员会事务局局长若杉荣⼆先⽣专程来华同邀请赛组委会洽谈参赛事宜，并从1996年开始，已连续三年组织⽇本部分中学⽣参加了竞赛活动，由此开创了我国社会团体举办同类竞赛⾛出国门的先例。
近年来，美国、德国的有关组织也与组委会联系合作事宜。
希望杯杯徽 ★圆形，表⽰⼴阔的天空。
★英⽂hope（希望）形如⼀只展翅飞翔的鸟。
喻义：“希望杯”全国数学邀请赛为⼴⼤的青少年在科学思维能⼒上的健康发展开辟了⼀个⼴阔的空间，任他们⾃由翱翔。

一些加分的技巧啊：1.如果你当时没思考好这个问题怎么回答，或者没听清，再或者不会回答，你表面要镇定，然后说：I beg your parden?(您可以再重复一遍吗？）如果还不会，也不要说中文，我不会。
要说：sorry,I don't know.2.当评委问你问题的时候，你先要说：First,XXX.(首先，非常感谢您的提问）一来是有礼貌，第一印象很好，二来是给自己争取思考的时间。
3.小处显现自己的礼貌。

评委普通会按照你的毛遂自荐来提题目，并且会探索你的规矩。

2012年度中央电视台安徽“希望之星”英语风采大赛标准操作手册本文档最新修改时间：2011年9月15日安徽赛区组委会华中好编辑整理集团自2006起承办每年一届的中央电视台安徽“希望之星”英语风采大赛（以下简称大赛），已历六届。
每届大赛皆有创新与失误，可喜的是，每年的赛事都有不小的进步——体现在规模的增加、流程的清晰、组织的有序，当然，最大的进步是真正做到了“以赛促招”，虽然这中间还有很大空间可以提升。
2012年度是集团承办的安徽省第七届比赛，相对住年比赛而言，本届比赛真正冲出了以往的框架，以一种傲人的全新的姿态出现，组委会率先在全国采用了不收费的模式，这是一种尝试更是一个巨大的挑战，组委会全体无不惶恐，惶恐何来？皆因无章可寻、无样可参，如此一来，越新的模式越大的风险，越大的风险，越依赖于管理——精细的过程控制。
回想集团自2008年来的发展，教务与招生两大系统已趋完善，在此基础上，集团的营业额才能逐年翻番。
系统完善体现在两个方面——规范和执行。
细看教务系统，规范已涵盖教学的方方面面，详细到老师的每节课的每一分钟，正是拥有了如此细致的操作规范，我们才可以做到教学质量的保证和家长口碑的认可。
相比之下，已历六届的大赛，除了每年留下为数不多零碎的文件外，其他的只是部分实际操作者的感受或者个人的经验，如此依赖个人经验的操作，加之全新的模式，大赛的成功愈显飘渺。
办法总比困难多，蔡总在2011年度大赛中已经提出的改进方案——编写《标准大赛操作手操》。
将六年之经验化做标准可操作的条文，配以严格的执行考核。
如此一来，大赛便有了精细的过程控制，目标变的清晰可寻，这便是《标准大赛操作手册》的来源和意义。
这是《标准大赛操作手册》的“首秀”，虽然已尽量做到全、新、细，但因时间及能力所限，不免有诸多问题。
望各位大赛实际的操作者，不问对错，执行为先，经过自身的实践来找出不足提出改进，而在具体操作之前，任何不同之意见敬请保留。

2012赛季希望之星幼儿组比赛形式
希望之星宝宝Show场
宝宝演讲秀：
宝宝上场之后，要用进行1分钟的定题演讲。
题目不定，但是要求宝宝的发音标准、语音语调流畅。
并且要有舞台感，即要让台下的老师听懂宝宝的意思。
还要有较好的舞台表现力。
1分钟的定题演讲结束后，评委老师将对宝宝进行英文提问，宝宝用英文回答，回答的时间为1分钟。
宝宝才艺秀
宝宝上场后要进行自己的才艺展示。
才艺可以是英文歌曲、英文诗歌朗诵或是舞蹈等。
但是必须和英文相关。
时间为1分钟。
才艺展示结束后，评委老师将对宝宝进行中文提问，宝宝用中文回答，时间为1分钟。
宝宝模仿秀
宝宝上场后需要用英文告诉评委老师要描述的对象。
然后宝宝有1分钟的时间去模仿1个明星（歌星、影星、潮流人物等）。
举例说明，如果宝宝上台之后模仿的是Michael Jackson。
那么宝宝上台需要用英文告诉评委老师他要模仿Michael Jackson，然后开始1分钟的模仿。
如果模仿中需要运用语言，则可以根据模仿的对象来选择是英文还是中文。
模仿结束后，宝宝有1分钟的时间用英文回答评委的提问。
宝宝哈佛秀
宝宝哈佛秀的比赛要求和2012省赛其他组别的哈佛抽提演讲的形势相同。
不过，届时H\A\R\V\D这5个字母，宝宝可以任选一个，然后手捧抽到的字母，
告诉评委为什么喜欢这个字母即可。
举例说明：如果宝宝喜欢H，那么宝宝上场之后就捧起单词H，然后用1分钟的时间用英文告诉在场的观众为什么喜欢字母H。
随后宝宝有1分钟的时间用英文回答评委的提问。
宝宝儿歌秀
宝宝需要登上舞台，演唱自己最喜欢的儿歌。
并且用英文告诉老师为什么喜欢这首儿歌。
总计时间为1分钟。
备注：由于幼儿组的具体参赛人数还未确定，故此省组委会先将比赛的内容发于各个分赛区。
具体的赛制需在幼儿组参赛人数确定后，另行通知。
