A good eating habit
As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it's very important for us to form healthy eating habits. However, bad eating habits are still very common among us students. Some of us often go to school without breakfast; some like to have snacks; some others are particular about food; and still some eat or drink too much. All these bad habits will surely do harm to our health.
To keep fit, we should have various healthy diets, which generally include proper amounts of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit as well as main food. Besides, we'd better have meals regularly.
In my opinion, we should try to develop healthy eating habits to build up a strong body. Only in this way can we have enough energy to study better.
An Unforgettable Experience
This summer holiday，I went to Dalian with my family. We got there by air. Dalian is a very beautiful and modern city. On the bus，we could see all kinds of buildings which were great.
In the morning，we got to the hotel where we lived. After breakfast，we began to our travel. First we took the bus to the Sea Park. There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldn't believe my eyes. We also saw the show of dolphins. Then we had lunch in a restaurant. The seafood which was very famous in China was delicious.
After lunch we went swimming. The sea was blue and beach was golden. We all enjoyed ourselves in the sea. Finally we went back the hotel where we lived. We had a happy day.
In this trip，we also went to some places which were interesting and famous in Dalian，went shopping and so on.
Several days later，we left Dalian. On our way home，we were very happy. This was the reason why we didn't feel tired. In all，we had a good holiday.
My Future
Everyone of us is thinking about the future. What is mine? I have decided to become a middle school teacher . Does it sound surprising?
I had his dream when I was only a child. I love children . I don't think to deal with them all years round is just wasting time . On the contrary , to me it would mean happiness . As we all can see, teachers are badly needed in our country, but not many of us want to become teachers. One of the main reasons for this is that teachers work too hard but get too little . In spite of that, I'm determined to devote all my life to the cause of education.
My opinion about internet
Should students make friends on line ?Some people say yes .The internet helps make many friends .Chatting on line ,students can more freely express their feelings and opinions ,and even get help with their foreign language studies .
Others ,however, think students should not .They say making friends on line is a waste of time ,which should be spent more meaningfully on study .Besides ,some students get cheated on line.
It is my opinion that students should place their study ,health and safety before other things .As for friendship ,we c

Our lovely home
We are now living in a common home. That is the earth. She provides us with enough food, enough water and enough living room. So we must do everything to protect her. There are lots of big or small, red or green, beautiful gardens around us .But there are still some other lands bare of grasses or trees on the earth.
Some people may ask why not led all lands covered with trees, flowers and grasses? Why not prevent the lands from being desert? Why not prevent the air from being polluted? And why not prevent the earth from being poisoned? Yes! Our environment is being polluted faster than nature and man’s efforts can prevent. Time is bring us more people, and more people will bring us more industry. So many trees will be cut down, and more large cities will be set up. Lots of waste material, in return, is produced and harms the environment. So some experts declare that the balance of nature is being destroyed. The survival of man is in danger. We feel really sad about it.
What can we do to solve this problem? We must forbid cutting down trees and forbid killing animals and pouring waste water into rivers and so on. We’ll never destroy the balance of nature. Let’s get along well with all animals. Let the trees, flowers and grasses come back to our home. Because we have only one home --- the earth.
The Value Of Time
I always think there is not enough time. For example，I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back，I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent，we can earn some more again. However，when time is gone or lost，never will it return.
Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.
So I think，I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow！
