1.0 Scope : 适用范围：

1.1 All toys that have at least on function dependent on electricity defined in

clause 1 of EN 62115: 2005.

1.3 Toys using electricity for secondary functions are within the scope.

Note 2: A doll’s house having an interior lamp is an example of such toys.

1.4 Additional requirements for toys incorporating lasers and light emitting

diodes (LEDs) are given in Annex E.

1.5 Electrical toys also have to comply with EN 71, since it covers hazards other

than those arising by the use of electricity.

电动玩具同时还要符合EN 71的要求, 因为它适用于除用电产生的危险的其他危险。

Note 3:Transformers for toys and battery chargers are not considered to be a toy, even if supplied with it.

Note 4: If it is intended that a child also plays with the packing, the latter is considered to be a part of the toy.
