摘要：

如今，随着现代信息技术的发展和网络环境的形成，信息的生产、存储和利用方式发生了革命性变化，数字信息资源以传统信息资源难以比拟的优势，逐渐成为信息资源的主体。

信息资源数字化的概念：所谓数字化，就是利用现代信息技术对传统介质的图像、文字和声音进行压缩处理,使其转化为数字信息,然后通过计算机技术进行储存,通过网络通讯技术进行传播、接受,使得信息资源能更方便的进行携带、储存和传输。数字化信息不仅是一个国家的数字资产和学术成果的数字存档，而且是支撑信息社会建设，实现政务、商务和社会活动信息化的至关重要的要素。一个国家基于自主创新的科技进步、经济发展、文化建设以及国际竞争力的提高，无不依赖于以数字信息的组织、开发、传播和提供为内容的数字化信息服务。信息资源数字化已经成变得越来越普及并将成为信息发展的趋势。而信息资源数字化所带来的并不都是益处，也存在着一定的弊端，一系列的问题也随之而来。同时在当今社会，信息数字化的发展也存在着一定的阻碍。

Abstract

Today,with modern information technology and the formation of the network environment, information production, storage and use of a revolutionary change in the way, digital information resources with traditional information resources, is difficult to match the advantages of becoming the main body of information resources.

The concept of digital information resources: the so-called digital, is the use of modern information technologies on traditional media, images, text and audio compression, making them into digital information, and then computer technology to store, through the network communication technology dissemination, acceptance, making information resources can be more convenient to carry, storage and transmission. Digital information is not only a country's digital assets, and academic achievements of the digital archive, but also support the information society constructi on, government, business and social activities of the essential elements of information technology. Based on independent innovation of a country's scientific and technologic al progress, economic development, cultural development, as well as the improvement of international competitiveness, without exception, to digital information depends on the organization, development, dissemination and to provide the content of digital in formation services. Digital information resources has become increasingly popular an d will become the development trend of information. The digitization of information r esources brought about by not always good, but also there are some drawbacks, a series of problems follow. At the same time in today's society, the development of digital information there are certain obstacles.

In this paper, a total of four chapters. In Chapter 1 of the interpretation of digital information resources and the status of digitization of information resources were also discussed,mainly in domestic and foreign patent database search system (CFPASS) as an example; Chapter 2 analyzes the digitization of information resources, the benefits and disadvantages; Chapter 3 describes the digitization of information resources at th is stage prevent What are the main factors of development; in Chapter 4 a summary of the text, and the future development of digital information resources has made a number of assumptions.
