教学反思
本节课上完之后，学生对该节课的知识内容掌握情况因人而异，基础好的学僧掌握很快，基础差点的学生学起来有一定的难度。

教学中我也比较注重师生互动，并力求师生关系融洽，以营造轻松的课堂氛围。
在课堂上，我多以游戏的形式来教学和亲切的目光，轻松的表情，和蔼的态度，鼓励学生，调动他们学习的积极性，激发他们学习的兴趣，因而取得了良好的教学效果。

所设计的游戏要简单易于操作，为突破重难点服务，参与面要广，让所有的学生在游戏中达到巩固的目的，能根据学生的掌握程度随时调整课堂教学。

英语教学反思总结
__是不平凡的一年，特别是本学期，经历了很多的事情，自己也
为之奋斗和拼搏。
进入了年终岁尾，回首一学期的工作，心情颇不平静。
今年由于新换了学校的领导班子，学校从各个方面都开始了卧薪
尝胆，团结拼搏的新时期。
本学期自己担任初一英语组备课组长，初
一五六班英语教学任务。
由于本届初一我校的生源不是很好，班级学
生各个层次都有，自己并没有提前准备得十分充分，同时学校的各个
方面的工作又十分的繁多，尤其是初一学生新入学，作为班主任班级
的工作占据了大量的时间。
所以现在回想起来自己没有做好开学初的
学生英语入门教学。
导致一学期以来教学工作遇到了很大的阻力，目
前已经到了期末复习阶段，自己感觉仍有很多需要改进和提高的地方。
以下是自己对一学期以来的教学工作的总结。
一.
思想工作
在暑假期间由于参加了新初一的招生工作，自己几次到乡下进行
招生，通过与家长的接触沟通以及家长对学校的反响，对自己的思想
触动很大，也切身体验到了我们学校危机重重的实际情况。
以前并没
有什么感受，但是经过这次工作自己真的有了清醒的认识。
自己也在
暗暗下决心，一定要让那些抛弃我们的家长后悔，让那些选择我们的
家长放心并且安心。
凭自己的力量可能算不了什么，但是最起码可以
改变我教的班级学生。
由于本学期担任备课组长，不但要做好自己的本职工作，还要坚
持把本组的教学工作搞好。
在思想上自己尽量克服自身的狭隘思想，
尽量做到资源共享，认真组织好本组的备课工作。
遇到问题尽量与大
家共同协商，共同探讨，处理好出现的问题和情况。
尤其是两次到长
春听课后，进一步感到了自己的差距。
但是鉴于本人的能力十分的有限，很多的思想还有待于进一步的提高和改善。
二.
教育教学方面
入门教育：初一学生由于刚刚正式接触英语，对英语的认知不是
很深，尽管大多数学生都学过英语，但是不够系统和专业。
做好入门
教育便显得尤为的重要。
期初备课的时候全体初一的老师都已经意识
到了这个问题，并且有针对性的做出了分析和准备。
在开学的前两周
进行音标字母教学和入门教育，并且有针对性的开展课堂用语的练习，为下一步教学工作打好基础。
了解学情：在教学展开的同时，也逐步的对学生的学习实际进行
了了解。
在开学的头两周，感觉学生学的都不错，热情也很高，并没
有遇到太多的阻力。
同时通过调查和了解也知道了大多的学生都在假
期期间进行了补课，而且一部分学生还反复的进行了很多次的补习，。
