水厂工艺设计

摘要

近年来由于农业对地下水的开采,工农业争水矛盾越来越大。另外,城市生产及生活用水量也在逐年增加,且增长速度很快,原有的供水设施在常年负荷下运行也不能满足需要。这种现状已严重影响了城市各行业的发展及居民的正常的生活。为了缓解供水紧张状况,除考虑有效的利用水资源及节约用水以外,必须尽快兴建新的供水设施。

考虑到的经济结构调整和持续发展的需要和镇的自然条件(地理位置、地形及气象条件)的特点,进行给水厂设计。选择东江作为水厂的水源。

水厂的工艺如下:

↓混凝剂↓加氯

原水→网格絮凝池、平流沉淀池(合建)→普通快滤池→ 清水池→二泵站出水

设计过程中充分考虑各工艺在实际运行中的应用情况,以及结构的复杂情况等。

本设计说明书主要内容包括:设计原始资料,净水厂工艺流程,生产自用水回收工艺,总体布置,建筑物、构筑物设计。

Abstract

In recent years, industrial and agricultural water an increasingly serious conflicts,as the exploitation of agriculture on groundwater. In addition,production and urban water consumption has increased year by year and the growth rate soon, the original water supply facilities in the years running load can not meet the need. This state of affairs has seriously affected the cities of the development of the industry and the residents of a normal life. In order to alleviate the supply tension, in addition to efficient use of water resources and water conservation must as soon as possible the construction of new water supply facilities.

According the characteristic of the natural conditions of and the stone tone tablet town of economic restructuring and sustainable development of Dongguan (geographical position, topography and meteorological condition), for the water works to design. Choose Dongjiang as the source of water of the water works. The craft of the water works is as follows:.

↓Coagulant

Raw water→Grid flocculation pond, rapid filter

↓Chlorination

(Jointly built)→Ordinary quick filter tank→ clear water reservoir→two water pumping station

The process of designing fully consider all of the practical operation of the situation and structure of the complex situation.

The specification of the design including the original design information, water purification, design of water main structures.
