夏天，当我们还在家中享受着清凉时，他们却在酷暑下坚守岗位，他们好象从来不怕太阳的热烈、垃圾刺鼻的臭味。
脸上豆大的汗珠，在阳光的照射下那么晶莹透明。
冬天，当我们还在家中享受着温暖时，他们却在严寒下用冻僵的双手，捡拾着每一片被风吹落的叶，打扫着每一条街道，生活的每一个角落都有他们踏过的足迹。
他们的身是勤劳的；心是善良的：我记得有一回冬天早上，天上下着鹅毛般的大雪，在上学的上，我突然摔到了，就是旁边的一位清洁工老大爷把我扶了起来。
经过这一次，每天上学、放学路上，我都多看那位老大爷一眼，给他送去敬意的目光。
他们付出了这么多，但是，清洁工是人们常常忽略的角色。
有时我们会把纸屑及各种垃圾扔到地上，或是扔到他们的眼前。
虽然这样，但是一直在付出的清洁工们却不在乎，任劳任怨，每天依然不辞辛劳得保卫我们的城市，力求使我们的城市干净整洁。
他们以自己的脏换来城市的洁，所以我们的做法显然是不对的。
城市是我们大家的，只有我们大家拉起手来同清洁工一起，共同维护我们的家园。
这样我们的家园才会更加美丽；我们的生活才会更加美好！在这里，我还要向全天下的清洁工致敬：“你们是城市的美容师，是创建美好家园的使者，也是我心中的英雄，你们辛苦了！” 一提起英雄，人们就会联想到那些战斗中为革命奋斗的军人，或是在某个科学领域有所贡献，或是大义凛然、见义勇为的人。
而我今天所说的英雄却是一群在普通不过的人，他们就是清洁工。

这种体会式的笔记，应以自己的为主，适当地引用原文作例证，表达自己的看法、想法，写出实感来。
如有位同学读了《少年毛泽东》一文，感受最深的是毛泽东放牛，把一份草送给穷孩子的事，从中总结出毛泽东从小同情、关心穷人的好思想。
联系到“我”与小伙伴一次偷西瓜的事，损害了别人的利益，同少年毛泽东一比，心里很惭愧、内疚，这样联系实际合情合理，真实感人。
三、提纲式。
盖房子要按图纸搭好框架，框架搞好，再进行房子装修；写文章也一样，要先想好文章的主要内容、层次结构，这叫做列提纲。
我们读一作文1)妈妈犯了一种“怪”病，既不上“医院”，也不让人说；作文2)妈妈给奶奶送年礼是一只又瘦又小的鸡；作文3)妈妈给外婆送年礼是四只又大又肥的鸡和一大包的年礼；作文4)作者抨击少数妇女对和婆婆的两种不同态度孝敬与不孝顺。
这样列提纲，对文章内容了如指掌，印象深刻。
四、批注式。
在阅读自己订阅的报刊和购买的书籍时，为了加深对文章内容的理解，可边读边在书报上写写画画，把书中的重点词句和重要内容用圈、点、画等标记勾划出来，或在空白处写上批语、心得体会、意见。
如毛泽东读书就经常采用批注法，有时整海底两万里读书笔记炎热的暑假，我在家里看了许多书，其中我最爱的一本书是《海底两万里》打开《海底两万里》，我和书中的主人公皮埃尔。
