如何缓解压力

众所周知，在这个竞争激烈的社会，人们时常会面临来自不同方面的压力。每个硬币都有两个面，适当的压力是我们前进的动力，而过多的压力也会有害影响我们的健康和工作，因此，面对压力，我们必须要学会正确面对和处理它。
