如何缓解压力众所周知，在这个竞争激烈的社会，人们时常会面临来自不同方面的压力。

每个硬币都有两个面，适当的压力是我们前进的动力，而过多的压力也会有害影响我们的健康和工作，因此，面对压力，我们必须要学会正确面对和处理它。

面对压力，不同的人有不同的处理方式。

在我看来，首先，我们要正确的理解压力。

最后，一个人想得到得越多，他的压力就会越大。

因此，我们要学会知足，有句话说的好，知足常乐。

食品公司制作食品的门槛低，有些公司为了谋求更高的利润，忽视了食品材料的安全问题，从而导致食品从源头就受到污染，另外，由于政府检测力度不够，导致受污染的食品流入市场，被广大的消费群众所购买食用。

另一方面，政府的惩戒力度不够，因准入门槛低，食品制造商即使违法，法不责众或者惩罚后果不严重，而从让食品制造商抱有侥幸的心理，继续制作污染食品，从中谋取暴利。

我觉这两个方面，正是食品污染一直能在能在市场流通的主要原因。

食品是我们生活中不可或缺的一部分，食品的安全关系到我们每个人的健康。

政府和食品制造商都应该重视食品安全问题，杜绝污染的食品流入市场，只有这样，人民才能安全地享用健康食品。
