三、监理工作开展情况（一）与施工单位之间的沟通、管理和协调1、积极与施工方进行沟通和协调，每天到现场了解施工安排和掌握工程进度，给予监督和指导。

5、要求对材料、构配件报验产品合格证和质量证明书及复检报告。
