口语交际培训资料
培养高中学生具有良好的口语交际能力,既是社会发展的需要,也是他们自身发展的需要。

开展英语口语交际教学,要以学生为主体;培养兴趣,增强学生自信心;创设语境,给学生提供口语交流的机会。

另外还要注意,语言的输入积累到一定量的时候,才能逐步转化为说的能力。

这样学生的口语水平才会得到真正提高。

英语新课标指出:“在义务教育初中英语教学的基础上,巩固、扩大学生的基础知识,发展听、说、读、写的基本技能,培养在口头上和书面上初步运用英语进行交际的能力,为继续学习和运用英语切实打好基础。

”新课标明确提出学生要具有用英语进行交际的能力。

培养学生具有一定的口语交际能力,是对学生自身发展的新要求,也是国际交流发展的需要。

在经济全球化的背景下,国际往来日益频繁,对高端人才的英语口语交际能力也提出了更高的要求。

因此,我们在教学中要运用适当的策略来保证口语交际教学能够更适合学生的发展需要。

那么如何有效地开展英语口语交际教学呢?
一、要以学生为主体
在传统教学中,教师作为知识的传授者,他告诉学生什么,学生就记什么,在整个过程中学生没有自己的主动性,只是被动地接受。

学生学到的小于记住的,记住的小于听到的,而听到的又小于教师讲的,这种教学的效果可想而知,必然造成语言教学与生活环境的脱节,导致“聋哑”英语的产生,进而压制了学生学习语言的交际欲望,妨碍了学生学习的主动性。

教师讲得越多,学生练得机会就越少,要想让学生掌握得更好,就要想办法让他们自己去实践。

“知识的基础就是我们的亲身体验”,同样,言语技能的基础也是我们自己的亲身体验。

在教学中教师要让学生在亲身参与的活动中进行语言表达,只有这样学生才能更有效地在语言活动中运用所学的知识。

例如在教学中可开展角色扮演这样的教学活动,因为“语言本身是一个抽象而无形的东西。

它无法接触,无法摆弄,但它可以用耳朵听,用嘴巴讲”。

在角色扮演中教师要尽量引导学生多说,只有在教学活动中让学生处于主要地位,教学才能有效地进行。

一堂成功的课,应让学生掌握主动权,毕竟学生学习语言不是教会的,而是学会的。

二、培养兴趣,增强学生的自信心
通过多年教学经验可知,中国学生在进行口语交际训练时有畏难情绪,产生这种情况的原因,既和学生的性格有关,也和英语教学的侧重有关,因此学生很容易产生自卑心理,如何克服这道难关呢?一堂成功的课,应该使师生同时处于兴奋的状态,课堂不应该死气沉沉,相反,它应该是一个生机盎然的场所,在这样的场所里学生可以自由讨论、自由表达,还可以讲故事、做表演。

教师用学生熟悉的、关注的、热衷的话题来培养他们说英语的兴趣。

当学生对所学的内容产生浓厚兴趣时,才能激发他们开口说的欲望。

因为学生有兴趣,才有交流的动机;有兴趣,思维才会活跃。

而培养兴趣的重要途径之一就是“激励”。

每一个人的内心都非常希望能够得别人的认可,内心深处都希望被人赏识,高中生也不例外。

教师在口语交际教学过程中要常常用鼓励的眼神和赏识的口气,给他们以自信,给他们以赞许,爱护他们。

无论他们在口语交际活动中表现如何,做为教师都要善于发现学生的闪光点,及时评价,要给学生适当的、鼓励性的评价。

当然在评价过程中不能太过笼统,要通过评价使学生能够认识到自己在口语表达方面还有哪些不足,需要进一步的提高,这样才能达到评价的目的。

在教学中通过有目的的口语训练,可以提升学生学习的信心,巩固已学到的语法和词汇,调动学生学习的积极性,使学生以饱满的热情参与到口语教学中来,从而更有效地提高学生的口语交际能力。

三、创设语境,给学生口语交流的机会
教师创造性的搭建情景,使学生学到的知识在教师搭建的情景中得以重现,并且这个情景具有生活化和情趣化,能够更好地激发学生
的学习和参与意识,这样就使语言得到了有效的输出。

比如在教学中教师可以利用课文、录音或视频,让学生进行角色模仿,当然模仿不是简单的重复,而是学生创造性地再现情景并参与其中,既活跃了课堂气氛,又克服了语言学习的枯燥乏味,使口语交际教学充满了活力,学生也在不知不觉中学到了知识。

除此之外布置英语角或英语沙龙也是不错的教学活动,当然教师可以有针对性地布置活动目标,还可以通过录音,评判学生参与的情况,指出学生在口语交际方面值得提倡的地方和不足之处。

当然,培养学生的口语交际能力不是一朝一夕所能达到的,尤其是在目前还无法彻底摆脱应试教育模式的前提下更为艰难。

所以在教学中,教师要善于引导,有效组织课堂,激发、激励学生学习口语的积极性,并充分利用现有的教学手段,播放英文歌曲、放映原版电影给学生充足的机会去听,从而使学生更加直接、真实地了解英语国家的风土人情、文化背景、思维方式等。

只有当他们的知识积累达到一定程度,才能够达到自由运用语言的程度,这仍有很长的一段路要走。
