英语和美语在读音上的差异主要反映在元音字母a, o 和辅音字母r 的不同读音上。
1)在ask、can't、dance、fast、path 这一类的单词中,英国人将字母a 读作[B:],而美国人则读作[A],所以这些词在美国人口中就成了[Ask][kAnt][dAns][fAst]和[pB:W]。
2)在box、crop、hot、spot这一类单词中,英国人将字母o读作[C],而美国人则将o读作近似[B:]音的[B]。

3)辅音字母r在单词中是否读音是英语与美语的又一明显差异。

小升初英语发音学习:辅音的发音技巧单词辨音题一直是小升初考试的一个难点,分值不大,但正确率却总不是很高。
元音相对好分辨,辅音则不然。
方法一:掐头法学语音任何一个辅音字母的名称音都是由两个或两个以上的音素构成的。
掐头法即去掉第一个音,余下的辅音音素就是这个字母在单词中的读音。
用这种音素分解的方法,慢速读下面的字母名称音,学习6个辅音音素:f [ef] →去[e]余[f]单词发音练习:five, find, left, fastl [el] →去[e]余[l]单词发音练习:feel, girl, milk, hill注意:当字母l后有元音音素时,它在单词的音标中形与[l]一致,但音却不同,此时与汉语拼音中的l发音相似。

元音的概念意义:
元音发音响亮,发音时口腔中气流不受阻碍,是构成音节的主要因素。
英语的元音分为单元音和双元音两类。
双元音有8个,双元音 [ai] [ei] [au] [iə] [uə] [εə] [əu] [ɔi]。
1.音节由元音和辅音构成的发音单位。
如:ap-'ple, 'stu-dent, 'tea-cher, un-der-'stand
2.开音节,闭音节开音节: 1)辅音+元音+辅音+不发音 e 如:kite cake name bike make take home 2)
辅音+元音如:he hi go no do be tree three hello 闭音节: 1)辅音+元音+辅音 : 如: sit bed bad bag hot let mad map head 2)元音+辅音如: it is of in on up out ant
3.重读音节重读音节是单词中发音特别响亮的音节 6,非重读音节非重读音节是单词中不重读或者弱读

双元音
/ai/ 先发/a/音,然后滑向/i/音。
舌尖抵住下齿。
发此音的关键是要把/a/音发足,注意从开到合的滑动。
