土木专业毕业设计之摘要(商务标)

摘要

此次毕业设计的主要内容是国道318线蓬溪县城过境一级公路C3(K2+000～K8+822.5)投标文件和施工组织设计以及成本控制专题。

在编制投标报价时，首先要了解规范、图纸、然后根据图纸计算出各分项的工程量，根据对应的工程数量计算造价并作好成本分析和控制。

其中相关资料的准备在投标文件中是很有必要的,合理的组织安排人员、材料、机械；选择适当的施工顺序、时间和方法，这对投标报价起着至关重要的作用，整个设计的内容包含三部分：

一、实施性施工组织设计包括该项目的工程概况、施工部署、各部位施工方案、网络图与横道图、资源计划、施工平面图、质量与工期的保证措施等。

二、投标文件部分主要包括──商务部分、经济部分、技术部分。商务部分严格按照2009年的招标文件范本及设计文件填写相关的图表，以保证内容的一致性；经济部分是最重要、最关键的部分，在编制的的过程中我们使用了纵横软件、新定额，通过与施组统筹安排，反复修改最后确定6.822公里的一级新建公路，报价为玖仟玖佰叁拾壹萬陆仟元（RMBY：99,316,000）的总价；对于技术部分的安排我们综合了地形、地质、水文、气候、环境、施工条件等因素，确定工期为16个月并以横道图、垂直图、网络图等图表方式展示劳动力、组织机构以及重要环节的安排。

三、专题研究部分则是对施工成本控制具体原则和相关方法进行了定性的分析、归纳。
