LAURELELECTRONICS, INC.Ethernet & 4-20 mA Output Transmitter for Thermocouple Types J, K, T, E, N, R, SFeatures• Ethernet Serial Data I/O, Modbus TCP or Laurel ASCII protocol• 4-20 mA or 0-10V transmitter output, 16 bits, jumper selectable, isolated • Dual 120 mA solid state relays for alarm or control, isolated• Factory calibrated for thermocouple types J, K, T, E, N, R, S each in one range • User selectable input span from entire thermocouple range down to 15.0° • Analog output resolution 0.0015% of span (16 bits), accuracy ±0.02% of span • Fast update rate to 50 or 60 per second• DIN rail mount housing only 22.5 mm wide, detachable screw-clamp connectors • Universal 85-264 Vac / 90-300 Vdc or 10-48 Vdc / 12-32 Vac power •Power over Ethernet (PoE) jumper selectable with 10-48 Vdc supplyDescriptionThe Laureate thermocouple transmitter provides a linearized, highly accurate, stable and repeatable transmitter output forthermocouple types J, K, T, E, N, R or S. The thermocouple type and temperature range, specified in °C or °F, are user-selectable. The temperature range can be as wide as the entire span of the thermocouple type, or as narrow as 150 counts (such as 15.0°), limited only by considerations of electrical noise and digital filtering time constants. All ranges for all thermocouple types are digitally calibrated at the factory, with calibration factors stored in EEPROM on the signal conditioner board. This allows temperatures sensors and signal conditioner boards to be changed in the field without re-calibrating the meter. A cold junction compensation (CJC) unit is calibrated as a system with the signal conditioner board. That unit encloses the thermocouple junctions and the junction tem-perature sensor in the same isothermal space so as to minimizecold junction compensation errors.Fast read rate at up to 50 or 60 conversions per second while integrating the signal over a full power line cycle is provided by Concurrent Slope (Pat 5,262,780) analog-to-digital conversion.High read rate is ideal for peak or valley capture and for real-time computer interface and control.Discovery and configuration of Laureate Ethernet Nodes is easily achieved with Laurel's Node Manager Software, and the discovered transmitters can then be programmed using Laurel's Instrument Setup Software. Both softwares run on a PC under MS Windows and can be downloaded at no charge. Standard features of Laureate LTE transmitters include:• Ethernet I/O, isolated. Supported protocols are ModbusRTU and ASCII (tunneled via Modbus TCP) and Laurel ASCII. The latter is simpler than the Modbus protocol and is recom-mended when all devices are Laureates. Note that RS232 or RS485 data I/O in lieu of Ethernet is provided by our LT Series transmitters.• 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog transmitter output, isolated, jumper-selectable and user scalable. All selections provide 16-bit (0.0015%) resolution of output span and 0.02% output accuracy of a reading from -99,999 to +99,999 counts that is also transmitted digitally. Output isolation from signal and power grounds eliminates potential ground loop problems. The supply can drive 20 mA into a 500 ohm (or lower) load for 10V compliance, or 10V into a 5K ohm (or higher) load for 2 mA compliance.• Dual solid state relays, isolated. Available for local alarm or control. Rated 120 mA at 130 Vac or 180 Vdc. • Universal 85-264 Vac power. Low-voltage 10-48 Vdc or12-32 Vac power is optional.SpecificationsTC Types Range Conformity Error J -210°C to +760°C (-347°F to +1400°F) ±0.09°C (±0.16°F)K -244°C to +1372°C (-408°F to +2501°F) ±0.1°C (±0.17°F)T0°C to +400°C (32°F to 752°F)-257°C to 0°C (-430°F to +32°F)±0.03°C (±0.05°F)±0.2°C (±0.36°F)E -240°C to +1000°C (-400°F to +1830°F) ±0.18°C (±0.32°F)N -245°C to +1300°C (-410°F to +2370°F) ±0.10°C (±0.17°F) R -45°C to +1768°C (-49°F to +3214°F) ±0.17°C (±0.31°F) S -46°C to +1768°C (-51°F to +3213°F) ±0.12°C (±0.22°F) Analog InputCalibrationInput Resistance & Current Max Lead Resistance Overall Error at 25°C Span TempcoRef Junction Tempco Over-Voltage Protection NMR at 50/60 HzCMR, DC-60 HzCMV, DC-60 HzOpen Sensor Indication NIST Monograph 125 (IPTS-68)1 GΩ, 100 pA1 kΩ max for rated accuracy±0.01 of full scale ±2 counts±0.003% of reading/°C±0.02 deg/deg125 Vac80 dB plus selectable filter from 80 ms to 9.6 s time constant 120 dB with 500Ω imbalance250 Vac from power and earth grounds0 mA or > 20 mA output, selectableAnalog Output (standard)Output Levels Compliance, 4-20 mA Compliance, 0-10V Output Resolution Output ErrorOutput IsolationStep response time 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-10 Vdc (jumper selectable) 10V ( 0-500Ω load )2 mA ( 5 kΩ load or higher)16 bits (65,536 steps)±0.02% of output span ± overall input error250V rms working, 2.3 kV rms per 1 minute test 50 msDual Relay Output (standard)Relay Type Load Rating Two solid state relays, SPST, normally open, Form A 120 mA at 140 Vac or 180 VdcSerial Communications (standard)TypeData RatesOutput Isolation Serial Protocols Modbus Compliance Digital Addresses 10/100Base-T Ethernet per IEEE 802.3300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200 baud250V rms working, 2.3 kV rms per 1 min testModbus TCP, Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, Laurel ASCII Modbus over Serial Line Specification V1.0 (2002)247 for Modbus, 31 for Laurel ASCIIPower InputStandard Power Low Power Option Power Frequency Power Isolation Power Consumption 85-264 Vac or 90-300 Vdc10-48 Vdc or 12-32 VacDC or 47-63 Hz250V rms working, 2.3 kV rms per 1 min test 2W typicalMechanicalDimensions MountingElectrical Connections 129 x 104 x 22.5 mm case35 mm rail per DIN EN 50022 Plug-in screw-clamp connectorsEnvironmentalOperating Temperature Storage Temperature Relative Humidity Cooling Required 0°C to 55°C-40°C to 85°C95% at 40°C, non-condensingMount transmitters with ventilation holes at top and bottom. They can also serve as supervisory process monitors and provide alarms or shutoffs when processes exceed normal limits. Multiple setpoint operating modes are individually selectable for each relay. Relay duty cycles and chatter can be minimized with programmable hysteresis and time delays. A band deviation operating mode can be selected for each relay, where an alarm is generated whenever the reading is a selected number of counts above or below the setpoint. The relay modes are non-latching.Ordering GuideCreate a model a model number in this format: LTE20JCTransmitter Type LTE Laureate 4-20 mA & Ethernet TransmitterMain Board2 Standard Main BoardPower0 Isolated 85-264 Vac or 90-300 Vdc1 Isolated 12-32 Vac or 10-48 VdcThermocouple Input JC Thermocouple Type J, -210°C to 760°CJF Thermocouple Type J, -347°F to 1400°FKC Thermocouple Type K, -347°C to 1372°CKF Thermocouple Type K, -408°F to 2501°FTC Thermocouple Type T, -257°C to 400°CTF Thermocouple Type T, -430°F to 752°FEC Thermocouple Type E, -240°C to 1000°CEF Thermocouple Type E, -400°F to 1830°FNC Thermocouple Type N, -240°C to 1000°CNF Thermocouple Type N, -410°F to 2370°FSC Thermocouple Type S, -46°C to 1768°CSF Thermocouple Type S, -51°F to 3214°FR C Thermocouple Type R, -45°C to 1768°CRF Thermocouple Type R, -49°F to 3213°FNote: The same signal conditioner board can be user configured for all thermocouple types listed and °C or °F.。

LAUREL ELECTRONICS, INC.4-20 mA & Serial Data Output Transmitter for AC Phase Angle & Power FactorFeatures•4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-10V or -10V to +10V transmitter output, 16 bits, isolated•RS232 or RS485 serial data output, Modbus or Laurel ASCII protocol, isolated•Dual 120 mA solid state relays for alarm or control, isolated•Transmits phase angle between two AC wave shapes of similar period•Transmits power factor from 1.000 to 0.000 with sinusoidal signals•For frequencies from 0.005 Hz to 10 kHz, voltages from 10 mV to 250 Vac•Phase angle resolution of 1°, 0.° or 0.01°, accuracy of 0.03% at AC line frequency•Analog output resolution 0.0015% of span (16 bits), accuracy ±0.02% of span•5V, 10V or 24V dc transducer excitation output, isolated•DIN rail mount housing only 22.5 mm wide, detachable screw-clamp connectors•Universal AC power, 85-264 Vac, or low voltage power, 10-48 Vdc or 12-32 Vac DescriptionPhase Angle MeasurementPhase angle in degrees indicates the phase lead or lagbetween two periodic signals of the same period, as determinedfrom their zero crossings. These two signals will typically be thevoltage and current applied to a load. As illustrated, the phaseangle in degrees is +360*P1/P.The Laureate 4-20 mA phase angle transmitter transmits the leador lag in degrees from 0° to 360° between two periodic signals ofthe same period. In the illustration, phase angle is 360*P1/P. Thesignals are applied to the Channel A and B inputs of the Laureatedual-channel pulse input signal conditioner board. A resolution of1°, 0.1° or 0.01° is selectable. Accuracy is 0.01% up to 100 Hz,0.1% at 1 kHz, and 1% at 10 kHz.Power Factor MeasurementThe power factor of an AC power system is the ratio of realpower in watts (W) divided by apparent power in volt-amperes(VA). For sinusoidal signals, power factor is the cosine of phaseangle. The Laureate 4-20 mA power factor transmitter computes powerfactor as the cosine of phase angle. Power factor readings canrange from 1.000 to 0.000 with three decimal places and anaccuracy of 0.1% for sinusoidal signals at 50/60 Hz power linefrequency. While power factor is always positive, the meterassigns a minus sign to power factor for negative phase angles, and it sets power factor to 0 for phase angles greater than 90°.Phase angle and power factor are determined by timing crystalclock pulses over a specified gate time which is selectable from10 ms to 199.99 s. By selecting the minimum gate time of 10 ms,the update rate can be up to 20/s for 50/60 Hz AC line frequency.Improved accuracy is obtained by making the gate time longenough so that multiple cycles can be averaged.Standard features of Laureate transmitters include:•4-20 mA, 0-10V or -10V to +10V analog transmitter output, isolated, jumper-selectable and user scalable. All selectionsprovide 16-bit (0.0015%) resolution of output span and 0.02%output accuracy of a reading from -99,999 to +99,999 countsthat is also transmitted digitally. Output isolation from signaland power grounds eliminates potential ground loop problems.•Serial communications output, isolated. User selectableRS232 or RS485, half or full duplex. Three protocols are userselectable: Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, or Laurel ASCII.Modbus operation is fully compliant with Modbus Over SerialLine Specification V1.0 (2002). The Laurel ASCII protocolallows up to 31 Laureate devices to be addressed on thesame RS485 data line. It is simpler than the Modbus protocoland is recommended when all devices are Laureates.•Dual solid state relays, isolated. Available for local alarm orcontrol. OMNICLAVE STERILIZERINSTALLATIONRemove screw holding Omniclave to shipping pallet. Discard shipping washers and screws. Attach feet using screws supplied. Insert rubber tips. Plug line cord into any wall or base receptacle. Ground unit to prevent shock by using three-wire plug. Omniclave is designed for use only on alternating current. Fill reservoir to within 2-1/2” below opening of reservoir (approximately 2-1/2 quarts for OCM and approximately 4-1/2 quarts for OCR). Use distilled or demineralized water to eliminate deposits from collecting inside Omniclave. COUNTER SURFACE MUST BE LEVEL TO INSURE PROPER OPERATION.MODELS OCM & OCR SOLID STATESTEAM STERILIZINGFILL - Open safety door by exerting upward and inward pressure on the handle. Slide bolt to right. Turn lower knob counter-clockwise to FILL. Allow water from previously filled reservoir to enter chamber until water covers fill plate. Turn lower knob to STERILIZE position which also stops flow of water.LOAD - Load chamber. See paragraph on preparation of materials and loading of chamber. Close and lock door by moving bolt to left and pushing handle down. SET - Turn middle knob to point where indicator is pointing straight up. When thermometer reaches desired temperature, rotate middle knob counter-clockwise slowly until yellow light goes off. Once set, this step may be eliminated unless it is desired to sterilize at a different pressure and temperature. Turning middle knob clockwise increases temperature and pressure. Turning knob counter-clockwise decreases temperature and pressure. Set timer knob to prescribed time period. See chart for proper temperature-time relationship. VENT - When bell rings, rotate lower knob to VENT position. Allow all steam to be discharged. (CHAMBER PRESS ZERO)DRY - Open door about 1/2 inch to permit thorough drying of contents (3-5 minutes). Leave lower knob in VENT position during drying and standby periods. Omniclave will be ready for immediate reuse by repeating above steps.HELPFUL HINTS1. Omniclave may be pre-heated for rapid starts by turning lower knob to VENT and allowing chamber walls to be heated to temperature before use of Omniclave is required - approximately 30 minutes before or first thing in the morning.2. Always rotate upper knob (timer) past 10 minutes before setting time.3. Always rotate lower knob (valve) counter-clockwise.4. Standby periods - leave door closed and leave lower knob in VENT position.5. Add water to reservoir only when lower knob is in VENT or POWER OFF position. It is advisable to add water as needed to keep reservoir adequately filled.6. At conclusion of all sterilizing for the day, turn lower knob to POWER OFF.7. As soon as possible after bell rings at end of sterilizing cycle, turn to VENT position. This practice will prevent the autoclave from boiling dry.8. Never attempt to turn lower knob from STERILIZE to FILL or from VENT to STERILIZE. Stops are incorporated to prevent knob from being turned in this manner.9. Safety valve is set for 35 PSI.DRY HEAT STERILIZATIONLOAD - Load instruments on trays without cloth or paper coverings. Only two trays may be used. Insert auxiliary thermometer door. Use of dry-heat door is essential for measuring proper dry-heat temperature.SET - Turn lower knob to VENT position. Do not turn through FILL position. Depress button beneath middle knob and turn knob clockwise to “DRY -STER” section until it hits stop. This setting will give a temperature of approximately 350˚ (see Helpful Hints). Turn counter-clockwise for a lower temperature. Set timer for 60 minutes as soon as thermometer reaches 320˚F.VENT - When bell rings, remove door and unload. If no additional dry heat sterilizing is desired, rotate middle knob into steam section. Button will pop out. Lower knob can then be turned to POWER OFF.HELPFUL HINTS1. Middle knob cannot be turned to DRY STER section unless button is depressed. Button cannot be depressed unless lower knob is in VENT position.2. When middle knob is in DRY STER section, lower knob cannot be turned from VENT position.3. The density of the load will determine the time required to reach sterilizing temperature of 320˚. Always distribute load loosely on trays.39 Western Highway, West Nyack, NY 10994877-561-0500(SEE OTHER SIDE)Pressure GaugePilot LightsAir ValveReservoirTimerThermometerDry Heat InterlockReservoir DrainMain ValveSafety Door LatchInstructions SlideTemperature Pressure ControlPREPARATION OF MATERIALSSTEAM STERILIZATIONOMNICLAVE STERILIZERINSTRUMENTS - Clean thoroughly, wrap in muslin and place on trays.SYRINGES AND NEEDLES- Take syringe apart, wash thoroughly. Wrap each part separately in muslin. Cover entire tray with double thickness muslin cover.FABRICS AND DRESSINGS - Fold into convenient packets. Always fold loosely. Avoid making many layers and never roll. Never use canvas as a covering. Wrap in muslin on tray. Do not overload chamber.UTENSILS AND GLASSWARE - Lay all jars or vessels on their sides. Fabrics may be sterilized in enamelware or glass jars; however, cover must fit very loosely, and container turned on its side.SOLUTIONS - Fill flask no more than two-thirds full. Close end of flask with cotton or paper caps.LOADING THE CHAMBER1. Never overload or crowd chamber2. Do not let material come in contact with door.3. Separate thick packs with loosely woven packs. The safety valve should be activated every 2-3 months to insure that mineral deposits or other obstructions are not holding the valve closed. Remove the safety valve lid from top of casing and manually operate valve while chamber is under pressure. When cleaning the sterilizer, be sure to include reservoir, tubing and chamber. All parts will be cleaned by running a twenty minute cycle using Pelton & Crane’s Original Formula Omni-Cleaner. Do not use this cleaner with descaler while instruments are being sterilized.Pelton’s Original Formula Omni-Cleaner is a mildly acidic concentrate used to clean and descale autoclaves. Regular weekly cleaning will promote increased sterilizer life and trouble-free operation.Notice- Minerals, especially chlorides, are corrosive to any stainless steel. It is strongly recommended that the autoclave be cleaned at least weekly with Pelton’s Original Formula Omni-Cleaner. Tap water should not be used where the mineral content of the water supply is high. The most desirable procedure to follow is to use distilled or demineralized water. Even with distilled water, the autoclave should be cleaned weekly. Minerals can be picked up from the load. When sterilizing saline solutions, it is imperative that the autoclave be cleaned after each use. Unless cleaning instructions are followed, long life should not be expected.Draining Reservoir - Reservoir may be drained by sliding Omni-Clave to edge of the counter so that a container may be placed under the reservoir drain. Unscrew capin front of Omni-Clave and allow reservoir to drain. Replace and tighten drain cap when draining is complete.CARE AND MAINTENANCECleaning Chamber1. Mix three ounces of Original Formula Omni-Cleaner per quart of water.2. Drain reservoir and fill with cleaning solution. For extremely dirty sterilizers, solution may be increased to four ounces per quart and may require two cleaning cycles.3. Run one twenty minute cycle in normal manner. Instruments should not be sterilized while cleaning sterilizer.4. Drain cleaning solution from autoclave and reservoir. Rinse thoroughly. Fill sterilizer again and run one rinse cycle for fifteen minutes.5. Drain rinse solution, remove tray rest and wipe out inside of boiler and tray rest. When cleaning chamber, do not damage thermistor located in upper section.6. Add distilled or demineralized water and sterilizer is ready for use.AIR VALVE - The air valve is factory set; however, if debris becomes lodged in valveit may be necessary to remove large knurled nut at left of opening in rear of Omni-Clave and clean tip of air valve bellows and seat.CLEANING OUTSIDE - All outside parts are either chrome plated or stainless steel. The chrome may be cleaned with either detergent and water or a non-abrasive solvent such as glass wax or benzene. It should be polished only with a soft cloth or chamois. DO NOT use metal or lacquer polish on the chrome parts.Ordinary deposits of dirt are quickly removed from the stainless steel with a deter-gent and water. In case of difficult deposits, the stainless may be easily cleaned with Bon-Ami. In all cases, rub in direction of pattern or grain of the metal. Ordinary steel wool or steel brushes should never be used on stainless steel. If for any reason the surface becomes contaminated with discoloration, it can be cleaned with a 5% solution of warm oxalic acid.39 Western Highway, West Nyack, NY 10994877-561-0500。

通过SETUP(设定)菜单中的RESET(复位)可以将仪器返回出厂设定。

SMOOTH(光滑平坦表面校准)-光滑平坦无漆表面校准仪器的零位。

按SET(设定)确定此值。

按SET(设定)确定此值。

易高456基本型数据的输出通过MENU(菜单),PRINT(打印)/OUTPUT(输出)来操作。
