材料成型及控制工程专业培养计划

材料成型及控制工程专业培养计划2023级一、培养目旳本专业培养具有材料、机械、计算机、电力电子等领域基础理论知识,能在材料成型与控制工程技术领域从事技术开发、生产及经营管理等方面工作,并具有初步研究能力旳工程技术人才。

二、基本规定本专业学生重要学习材料、机械、计算机、电力电子等学科基础理论,学习材料成型加工工艺与设备、材料成型构造与材料、性能测试与分析、质量检测与控制等专业知识。

通过教学、社会实践与工程实践,毕业生应获得如下几方面知识与能力:(1)具有扎实旳自然科学基础知识,具有较强旳外语与计算机应用能力。

(2)具有扎实旳生产管理知识及有关工程技术知识,并掌握一定旳人文、社会科学基础知识。

(3)系统掌握材料成型及控制工程旳专业知识。

(4)较纯熟掌握CAD/CAM/CAE软件,以及其他信息化材料成型技术及手段。

(5)具有较强旳知识获取能力、工程实践能力和创新意识。

(6)具有开发材料成型领域旳新材料、新工艺、新设备旳能力,并具有初步有关领域旳研究能力。

三、学制与学位学制:四年学位:工学学士四、专业特色学生不仅具有宽厚旳基础理论知识和较强旳工程实践能力,并且通过将最新科研成果引入教学过程,使学生具有如下特色:1、围绕轨道交通,根据国民经济重大需求,结合铁路重大工程建设,培养国家急需交叉、复合型人才。

将先进材料技术、先进成型制造技术、信息化技术等引入培养计划,培养新型旳材料成型及控制工程技术人才。

2、系统掌握焊接科学与工程旳基本理论知识,受益于轨道交通大型焊接装备技术、重型装备制造、新能源领域旳先进焊接工程技术等学科特色优势,在轨道交通、装备制造、能源等领域等就业方面具有较大优势。

3、学生在本科学习期间,根据其爱好和爱好,可开设“国际焊接工程师培训”。

通过此项目培训旳本科生具有完整旳国际焊接高级技术人才知识体系,毕业时不仅具有“毕业证”、“学位证”,同步还具有“国际焊接工程师”资格证,可以直接参与国际焊接工程,培养人才直接与国际接轨。

《机械制造基础》课程教学大纲课程代码:010331008课程英文名称:Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology课程总学时:40 讲课:36 实验:4 上机:0适用专业:机械设计制造及其自动化大纲编写(修订)时间:2010.7一、大纲使用说明(一)课程的地位及教学目标本课程以机械制造工程基础为主线,力图达到强化工程基础原理、扩大专业讲授知识面、反映专业新技术和发展趋势、加强学生专业基础能力和专业适应能力的培养和提高。

通过学习,使学生掌握金属切削过程的一般现象和基本规律,掌握机械加工工艺规程制订的基本技能,学会分析工程中出现的加工质量问题的原因和解决的方法。

能根据具体条件,合理选择各种刀具及其切削用量。

使学生在实际工作中能够寻找出改善加工表面质量,提高切削加工生产率和降低成本的基本途径。

并能运用所学的知识分析和解决生产实践中出现的一些有关问题。

(二)知识、能力及技能方面的基本要求1.使学生掌握金属切削加工的基本理论,能按加工条件选择合理的刀具材料、几何参数、切削用量。

了解常用刀具的类型、结构特点、应用范围并能正确地选择使用。

2.通过学习掌握设计机械零件加工工艺规程的基础知识,掌握加工方法的选择、切削用量的确定、了解专用机床夹具的设计方法。

3.掌握影响机械加工精度的因素和提高加工精度的工艺理论和方法。

(三)实施说明1.要求课堂讲解内容简练、清晰,概念正确,突出重点、难点,取舍得当,举例合适。

2.严格遵守教学大纲要求组织教学内容。

3.作业是检验学生学习情况的重要教学环节,为了帮助学生掌握课程的基本内容,适当安排一定数量的分析讨论案例。

4.实验是教学的一个主要环节,用于基本实验的时间为6学时,每次实验每小组4人,使每个学生均有亲自操作的机会。

5.开展实际工程案例教学,充分利用多媒体等现代化教学手段(四)对先修课的要求本课程的教学必须在完成先修课程之后进行。

本课程主要的先修课程先修课程为:工程力学、金属材料及热处理、工程制图、互换性及技术测量、机械设计、机械原理。

(五)对习题课、实践环节的要求1.工艺规程设计综合练习举例讲解工艺规程设计设计过程使学生掌握工艺规程设计设计基本能力(六)课程考核方式1.考核方式:考试。

2.考核目标:采用课堂的教学模式,加强学生实践能力和自学能力的培养,通过阶段性考核使学生掌握各个环节与阶段的知识,通过最终结业考试使学生系统地掌握或理解课程系统化知识体系。

3. 成绩构成:最终理论考试+作业+实验综合评定。

(七)参考书目《机械制造技术基础》,卢秉恒,机械工业出版社,1999《机械制造工艺学》,顾崇衔,陕西科学技术出版社,1990《机械制造工艺学》,蔡光起,东北大学出版社,1996二、中文摘要机械制造技术基础教学大纲(2010版),对以前版本进行了修订。

去除和简化一些落后技术和一些不适用的理论,主要章节有:机械加工方法及机床选择,金属切削原理和刀具,机床夹具原理与设计,机械制造质量分析与控制,工艺规程设计等。

使学生既能掌握基本技术又能把握发展方向。

三、课程学时分配表四、教学内容及基本要求第1部分绪论总学时2学时讲课 2学时实验0学时上机0学时具体内容:1)制造与制造业;2)互换性原理;3)本课程的研究内容和学习方法;重点:1)从总体了解机械制造基础的特点和内容;2)本课程的研究内容和学习方法;第2部分机械加工方法及机床选择总学时4学时讲课 4学时实验0学时上机0学时第2.1部分机械加工方法(讲课2学时)具体内容:1) 掌握切削加工特点和分类;2) 掌握磨削加工特点和分类;重点:切削和磨削加工特点难点:合理选择加工方法;习题:1)车削的加工特点和车床的种类?2)孔加工机床的种类和工艺特点?3)铣床的种类和工艺特点?4)外磨,内磨,平磨,无心磨机床的工艺特点?5)齿轮常见的加工方法?第2.2部分机床选择(讲课2学时)具体内容:1)金属切削机床的编号分类、型号和主要技术参数;工件表面成形方法与机床运动分析;典型加工方法所对应的机床的特点与应用场合;2)常见机床种类:车、铣等;3)合理选用加工机床;重点:机床选择原则;难点:掌握关键表面成形方法,能够合理选用加工机床。

第3部分金属切削原理与刀具总学时8学时讲课 6学时实验2学时上机0学时第3.1部分刀具的结构(讲课2学时)具体内容:1)切削表面与切削运动原理;工件表面的形成方法和成形运动;切削用量三要素;2)刀具角度:普通外圆车刀和切断刀的标注角度和工作角度;及各角度作用; 重点:普通外圆车刀的标注角度和工作角度,及各角度作用;难点:普通外圆车刀标注角度及坐标系;习题:1)普通外圆车刀和切断刀主要角度有那些?如何选择。

2)正交平面参考坐标系是如何建立的。

第3.2部分刀具选择及切削用量(讲课4学时)具体内容:1)刀具种类:车刀种类;铣刀种类;孔加工刀具种类;拉推刀种类;齿轮刀具种类; 2)刀具材料:高速钢和硬质合金材料刀具的工艺特点;3)刀具合理选用;重点:刀具种类和选择;难点:刀具和切削用量的选择;习题:1)切削刀具种类。

第3.3部分金属切削原理(讲课2学时)具体内容:1)切削微观原理2) 切削力3) 切削温度与刀具寿命;4) 工件材料切削性能改善重点:切削力,切削温度,刀具寿命与切削用量定性关系;难点:切削力,切削温度,刀具寿命与切削用量定量关系;习题:1)车削变形区。

2)积削瘤是如何产生。
