梅特勒万分之一电子天平使用方法
1.请将电子天平放置在水平，稳固，无振动的工作台面上。
2.不要将电子天平放在空气对流或通风口处，防止阳光照射。
强烈的温度变化、气流变化都会对电子天平的称量产生影响。
3.在天平的使用之前，调节水平脚使水平泡中的气泡置于正中间的位置，注意：每一次移动电子天平后都要重新调整水泡使其位于中间位置。
4.接通电源，显示器显示“OFF”。
5.按“ON/OFF”键，电子天平显示所有的符号和标点随后进入自检，天平显示“0.0000g”通过表示自检，电子天平进入称量工作状态。
注意
要想使用I级天平称量得到的数据，在称量前一定要使天平通电预热，预热时间在180分钟以上（在OFF状态下即可）。
电子天平使用的注意事项
1、查找出错原因及解决方法。
称量物品超重，把称量物从秤盘上移除，使电子天平重新归零，若物品确实没有超重，则天平需重新校准。
欠载看秤盘是否放好，如果已放好，还出错则送维修。
2、若频繁使用电子天平，要使电子天平连续不间断通电，减少预热时间。

The scale is equipped with a level indicator to make it easier to level the scale. These delicate foils are 50 - 80 mm in diameter and must not be bent or folded while determining tare weight, sample taking or back weighing. “The sensitivity and the size of the foil is the problem here”, explained Broske, just one crease or fold is enough to destroy the airtight seal between the sample and the sample holder. The luminous reflectance of the folded edges would prevent any sub-sequent visual inspection of the conden-sates intended to determine their reflec-tance or impede any direct analysis under the FTIR microscope. This problem was solved thanks to the XP microbalance’s large weighing chamber and the hanging support of the weighing pan, situated at the rear of the weighing chamber”.The grid-type weighing pan can be eas-ily removed and replaced with ErgoClips. The ErgoClip is a modified weighing pan tailor-made to the individual needs of fre-quently used tare containers (e.g. volu-metric flasks or Eppendorf tubes). 2．范围适用于梅特勒ME55/02和ME155DU/02电子分析天平的使用与维护。
3.开机3.1调节水平：调节两只水平调节螺丝，使水平泡处于正中央位置，每更换一次位置都需要调节水平泡。
3.2接通电源，预热60min（首次称量，天平需预热至少60min），天平自检（显示屏上）出现“OFF”时，自检结束，单击【On】键，天平处于可操作状态。
3.3打开：天平处于“STANDBY”模式。
显示屏上出现“MT.GREEN”。
按《》，或取出秤盘里面的所有的加载或液体。
4.校准4.1天平首次使用之前、放置地点变更之后及在操作一段时间后均需进行校准。
4.2接通电源，天平上无称量物，按住《Cal》键不放，直到在显示屏上出现“ADJUST”字样后松开该键，短按《》，选择“ADJ.INT”，显示屏上显示“ADJ.INT”。
按下《》，执行“内部校正”。
天平将自动进行校正。
当在显示屏上短时间出现信息“ADJ.DONE”，天平的校准过程结束。
天平回到上次已激活的称量应用程序，等待称量。

Please contact your local representative.Medium accuracy scales that are used in commerce, where certified calibration is required, must be calibrated and certified.Observe the respective measurement data guidelines in your country.M M M ETTLER T OLEDO Operator Manual bRite WeighOnly Order number 30211829703/12 2 Setting up2.1 Scope of deliveryf Check if the delivery is complete:–Scale–Stainless steel weighing pan–Power supply, stored in the power supply storage compartment under the scale–Operating instructions2.2 Requirements for scale’s locationThe right location is critical to weighing accuracy.Conditions for an ideal location• No shocks and vibrations• No excessive temperature fluctuations• No direct sunlight• No strong drafts• Select a stable, vibration-free and preferably horizontal location for your scale.2.3Setting up the scale 2.3.1 Levelling the scaleOnly a perfectly levelled scale delivers accurate weighing results. The scale is equipped with a level indicator to make it easier to level the scale.f To level the scale, turn the scale’s adjustable feet until the air bubblein the level indicator is in the inner circle.M ETTLER T OLEDO Operator Manual bRite WeighOnly Order number 30211829803/12S e t t i n g u p2.4Inserting the batteries1.Make sure that the external power supply is disconnected.2.Remove the weighing pan.3.Remove the battery compartment cover.4. Turn over the scale and set the battery switch as follows:–for rechargeable D-cell batteries: "NiMH".–for non-rechargeable D-cell batteries: "Battery"5. Turn over the scale.WARNINGRisk of explosion when the battery switch is not set correctly.f Make sure that the battery switch is in the right position for the desired type of battery.6. Place the batteries in the compartment so that the positive polesface the springs, see pole markings on cover and housing.7. Close the battery compartment and put the weighing pan back on.2.5 Connecting to mains powerThe power supply is stored in a department under the scale to support save transport.1. Connect the supplied power supply unit to the power connectionsocket on the underside of the scale.2. Plug the power supply unit into a correctly grounded power outlet.2.6 Turning scale on/offf To turn the scale on press the On/Off key.f To turn the scale off press and hold the On/Off key until a long beep can be heard.• After the scale is turned on, it runs through a short display test. Remove the weighing goods from the scale.The display returns to 0.3.2 Printing/transferring weighing resultsIf a printer or computer is connected to the scale, weighing results can be printed or transferred to a computer.f When a stable weighing result is displayed, double press the Enter key. The tare function makes sure that only the goods are weighed.1. Place the empty container on the scale.2. Press the Tare key.The weight display is reset to 0.000 kg and the NET symbol appears. The tare weight is displayed with negative sign in the display when the empty container is removed from the scale.3. Fill the container with the goods to be weighed.4. Remove the container from the scale.The display returns to 0.3.4 ZeroingDue to soiling on the weighing pan or unfavourable external influences, it is possible that the weight display of an unloaded weighing pan may no longer be 0.000 kg.
