3.1.3 钢丝绳的试验和验收。

3.1.3.1 钢丝绳直径和不圆度的测量。

应采用带有宽钳口的游标卡尺测量。

钳口宽度要能跨越两个相邻股,测量部位取至钢丝绳(无张力)端头15m外的直线部位,在相距至少1m的两截面上,并在同一截面两个不同方向各测一个直径,取其平均值,作为实测直径。

本标准主要适用于额定起重量为0.5~32t一般用途的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮传动的手拉葫芦,其它结构形式的手拉葫芦亦应参照使用。

4.12动载性能手拉葫芦做动载试验时,应能承受表3规定的试验载荷,并按表4规定的试验起升高度起升和下降各一次,同时必须达到下列各项要求;a.起重链条与起重链轮、游轮,手拉链条与手链轮啮合应良好;b.齿轮副运转应平稳,无异常现象;c.起升、下降过程中起重链条无扭转与扭结现象;d.手拉力无很大变化;e.制动器动作可靠。

起重用短环链T级(T、DAT和DT型)高精度葫芦链1 范围本标准规定了手动葫芦或动力驱动环链葫芦用T级(T、DAT和DT型)高精度葫芦链的要求1)。

1) DT和DAT型链条的表面硬度比芯部硬度更高,可提供更高的耐磨性,且仅用在动力驱动的环链葫芦上。

本标准适用于名义尺寸范围为3 mm~22 mm的圆钢电焊短环链,其热处理和试验按GB/T 20946规定的验收总则。

注:DAT或DT型以外的T型链条,不仅可用于环链葫芦,也可用于其他起重设备。

引言本标准包括的链条是根据成品链条的机械性能分等级而不是简单的按其材料的强度分等级。

按照M(4)、P(5)、S(6)、T(8)、V(10)系列,高精度链条用字母或普通精度链条用数字来表示每个等级。

字母或数字代表的在规定最小破断力作用下的平均应力见表1。

表1 链条分等依据一个链环内的应力分布是不均匀的,特别是外弧面顶部的最大组织应力,要比此链环两个分肢的总截面除载荷所得的平均应力大的多。

需注意,普通精度链条的维护参见IS0 3056的规定,高精度链条的维护参见GB/T 20305的规定。

这套等级体系也适用于吊钩、吊环、卸扣和其他附件,表明它们的强度与合适等级的链条相适应。

环链电动葫芦1范围本标准规定了环链电动葫芦的术语和定义、型式与基本参数、基木要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存、质量承诺。

木标准适用于一般工作环境中使用的环链电动葫芦,其他环境中使用的环链电动葫芦可以参照使用。

本标准不适用于吊运熔融金属,及有爆炸性气体、可燃性粉尘、腐蚀性气体、核辐射以及有毒气体环境的环链电动葫芦。

3.1环链电动葫芦electric chain hoists由电动机、减速器、制动器等组合为一体,最后经链轮卷放链条,以带动取物装置升降的起重葫芦。

3.2安全离合器safety clutch在环链葫芦传动系统中靠摩擦力传递转矩,超载到一定程度可以打滑的用于限载的机械装置。

4型式与基本参数环链电动葫芦的型式与基本参数应符合JB/T 5317—2016第4 章节的规定。

5基本要求5.1设计研发T/ZZB 1368—201925.1.1应采用3D、2D制图软件对环链电动葫芦产品进行计算机辅助设计,采用有限元分析软件对产品结构和受力情况进行分析。

5.1.2应具备环链电动葫芦制动电机的研发能力,对不同电压、转速要求的电动机绕组嵌线、布线、接线具有参数设计能力。

5.2材料和部件5.2.1齿轮材质性能不低于20clMnTi,表面硬度不低于(58-63)HRC,芯部硬度不低于(25-40) HRC,且精度等级不低于6级。
