2.1.1卖方制造的产品必须有合理的包装并按条款刷唛。产品准备妥当可发运后卖方须通知买方。

2.1.2卖方收到提单三天内，以书面形式通知买方货物预计到港时间。

2.2.4若买方从卖方处收到有瑕疵的产品时，买方须提供相关图片和样件给卖方，以供卖方进一步确认并商议赔偿问题。一旦卖方赔偿了不良产品,该不良产品的所有权归卖方所有。买方不得因个别产品存在瑕疵而拒绝接受所有货物。在所有问题未妥善解决且没有得到卖方书面确认之前，买方不得擅自处理，否则给卖方造成的损失由买方无条件全额承担，且买方仍需履行其对卖方的付款义

务。

2.2.5在交易过程中，如卖方因非主观意愿导致的特殊情况发生问题或事故，买方应在互惠和互相

体谅的原则上讨论并协商解决。

2.2.5IfanytroubleorincidentcomestoSellerwithouthisfaultduringthetransactions,Buyersha llsettlethedisputesbyconsultationinlinewithmutualbenefitandunderstandingprinciple.

2.3双方

2.3TheParties

2.3.1在贸易过程中，如出现货物质量问题，且双方就该质量问题占货物总量的比例存在较大分歧，

则将来须以双方都认可的第三方的检测机构检测的结果作为评判该质量问题的标准。

2.3.1Ifanyqualityproblemincursduringthetransactionsandthereisabigdifferencebetweenthe Partiesontheproportionofdefectsinthewholeproducts,atestingresultfromathirdtestinginst ituteapprovedbythePartiesshallberegardsasthegroundsforqualityassessment.
