1.3试运行联合调试小组职责Joint commissioning team responsibilities

负责按本启动试运行大纲安全、技术措施对启动试运行的安全、技

术等方面全面部署、安排和现场指挥，是现场总负责人。对启动试运行

的安全、技术全面负责。

Joint commissioning team is responsible for the security framework, technical measures, security, technology, and full deployment, command arrangements and the scene is the overall responsibility for the scene.

2.1总则 General principles

本措施适用于土耳其FEKE2水电站启动试运行全过程，本措施为通

用部分。

This measure applies to Turkey FEKE2 the whole process of

hydropower station starts-up operation, the measures for the
