内容摘要
近年来, 随着全球经济的迅速发展,环境问题越来越不容忽视。纵观全球性环境问题,能源问题成为世人面临的重要挑战之一,它同样也是社会可持续发展主要的制约因素之一。为了实现社会和经济的可持续发展,解决能源问题成为当前需要予以重视的头等大事。对相关数据的研究发现,全球总能耗中约有25%—40%为建筑能耗。因此,最大程度地降低建筑能耗成为了解决当前能源问题的重要途径之一。为了实现建筑节能、环保建设的目标,绿色建筑应运而生。与此同时,伴随着绿色建筑的施工管理的相关优化策略也备受关注。
我国“十三五”期间要大力发展绿色建筑,发展绿色建筑是转变城乡建设模式和建筑业发展方式的重要途径,我国目前尚处于自愿发展的开始阶段,绿色建筑相关的法规制度、标准、激励政策、技术支撑等还不健全,在推广绿色施工的过程中,存在着很多的问题。我们要在群众中宣传实施绿色施工的重大意义,同时在施工过程中要积极采用新技术,采用绿色施工技术。还要对项目进行科学的管理,比如通过对项目的集成化管理,可以提高工程质量,加快进度,节约成本,也有利于绿色施工的实施。我国目前为止还没有一套完整的绿色施工评价体系,要推广绿色施工,必须建立一个确定的标准来衡量施工企业的绿色施工水平。
本文提出建筑工程施工对环境和资源消耗的影响,提出相应的解决方法和措施参照各种绿色建筑评价体系指标,结合我国的实际情况,提出绿色施工评价体系,并给出评价实例,证明了其实用性。本文的研究对推动绿色施工的实施起到一定的指导和参考作用。
最后,对于论文进行过程中发现的问题和未来进一步研究的方向问题进行了讨论,希望能对未来的研究工作提供有益的借鉴。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy, environmental problems are becoming more and more important. Throughout the global environmental problems, energy has become one of the most important challenges facing the world. It is also one of the major constraints on sustainable development of society. In order to realize the sustainable development of society and economy, solving the energy problem becomes the most important thing that needs to be paid attention to. The study of relevant data shows that about 25% - 40% of the total energy consumption in the world is building energy consumption. Therefore, minimizing energy consumption in buildings is one of the important approaches to understand the current energy problems. In order to achieve the goal of building energy efficiency and environmental protection, green building came into being. At the same time, along with the green building construction management related optimization strategy has also attracted much attention.
China's "12th Five-Year" period to develop green building, green building development is an important measure to change the pattern of urban and rural construction and construction development, our country is still at the initial stage of voluntary development, green building related laws and regulations, standards and incentive policies, technical support is not perfect, in the process of promoting green construction in, there are a lot of problems.
