作为⼩功率直流马达可以⽤在各种驱动装置中做驱动元件。
产品说明(1)产品特点:直流电动机的调速范围宽⼴,调速特性平滑;直流电动机过载能⼒较强,热动和制动转矩较⼤;由于存在换向器,其制造复杂,价格较⾼。
(2)使⽤条件:海拔≤4000m;环境温度:-25℃—+40℃;相对湿度≤90%(+25℃时);允许温升,不超过75K。
型号说明90ZYT08/H1位置表⽰机座号。
⽤55、70、90、110和130表⽰。
其相应机座号外径为55mm、70mm、90mm、110mm和130mm。
表⽰直流永磁马达。
位置表⽰铁芯长度。
其中01-49为短铁芯,51-99为长铁芯和101-149为超长铁芯。
位置为派⽣结构。
其代号⽤H1、H2、H3……。
安装形式表⽰单轴伸底脚安装,AA1表⽰双轴伸底脚安装。

海水淡化系统的设计方案根据初步设想,设计了以水压泵和油压泵两种工作方案。
(1)采用水压泵的初步设计方案:通过查找相关资料,找到了陶氏反渗透膜的一些型号以及参数,如下所示:反渗透膜:工作压力800psi=0.1×800÷14.5Mpa=5.517Mpa1200 psi=0.1×1200÷14.5Mpa=8.276Mpa 由于只是进行模型的验证,所以打算选取压力较低的进行试验,故假定工作压力5.5Mpa。
从杨老师那了解了一些水压泵的基本信心以及工作参数,如下所示:从图中的曲线可知,当工作压力为5.5Mpa 时,4.6CC 的水压泵对应的输入转矩是约为5N ·M ,并假设工作时的转速是1500r/min 。
由水压泵对应的计算公式方法:可得要求水压泵的输入功率P=5*1500/9549≈0.8KW ,考虑到液压系统以及传动过程中的能量损失,水轮机的设计功率应至少为1KW 。
根据一般水轮机的工作情况,可假设水轮机正常工作时的转速为50r/min,由此可知在水轮机与水压泵之间应加上增速器,增速比为1:30,由此可知水轮机的转矩应至少为150N ·M 。
○1尖速比λ=v wr =v nr 602π,故叶片转速n=r v πλ260=r v πλ30,其中v 为水流流速,r 为叶片半径。
根据尖速比λ与叶片匹配关系,确定λ为6,并假定工作使水流的流速是1m/s 。
则可以计算出叶片的直径r=1.15m ,由此可知叶片的直径至少为2.3m ,其大小不利于在水槽中进行模型试验。
○2根据风力机能量系数的分布规律,选定水轮机的能量系数为35%,水的密度为ρ=10003/m kg 。
由功率公式知P=P rated C D V 2)2(21πρ,故叶片直径r=2D =Prated C V P πρ32=1.2m ,故叶片直径至少为2.4m ,基本与○1中的计算结果相同。

摘要《数字化仿真与设计》技能训练是在学习相关专业方向课和专业选修课程后,进行的一次综合性设计技能训练。
通过综合技能训练,使学生能够运用所学过的基础课、学科基础课、专业平台课和专业方向课的有关理论知识,以及实习、实验等实践技能,达到巩固、加深和拓展所学知识的目的。
齿轮泵是液压系统中广泛采用的一种液压泵,它一般做成定量泵,按结构不同,齿轮泵分为外啮合齿轮泵和内啮合齿轮泵,而以外啮合齿轮泵应用最广。
齿轮泵CB-B32是外啮合齿轮泵中常见的一种。
泵的主动齿轮旋转,齿轮泵右侧(吸油腔)齿轮脱开啮合,齿轮的轮齿退出齿间,使密封容积增大,形成局部真空,油箱中的油液在外界大气压的作用下,经吸油管路、吸油腔进入齿间。
随着齿轮的旋转,吸入齿间的油液被带到另一侧,进入压油腔。
这时轮齿进入啮合,使密封容积逐渐减小,齿轮间部分的油液被挤出,形成了齿轮泵的压油过程。
齿轮啮合时齿向接触线把吸油腔和压油腔分开,起配油作用。
当齿轮泵的主动齿轮由电动机带动不断旋转时,轮齿脱开啮合的一侧,由于密封容积变大则不断从油箱中吸油,轮齿进入啮合的一侧,由于密封容积减小则不断地排油,这就是齿轮泵的工作原理。
CB-B32齿轮泵应用范围:用于机床、工程机械的液压系统,作为液压系统的动力源,也可作润滑泵,输油泵使用。
本次《数字化仿真与设计》技能训练的工作内容包括:原理分析与设计计算、参数化设计与仿真、快速成型与分析、工程图样设计和编制技术文件五部分。

通过对典型机构的设计,使学生们能够获得机电产品现代设计技术的综合性技能训练,提高工程技术设计的能力,加强三维技术设计与仿真的能力,提高分析和解决工程技术问题的能力及创新意识,为培养具有高素质的应用型卓越机械工程技术人才奠定良好的基础。
二、主要技术参数与要求CB-B32低压齿轮油泵是将机械能转换为液压能的转换装置。

实验室内供拆装的为CB--B型齿轮泵, 其排出最高压力为2.5MPa。
1.拆装应注意事项(1)预先准备好拆卸工具。
(2)螺钉要对称松卸。
(3)拆卸时应注意作好记号。
