1.论述X线的成像原理X线之所以能使人体组织在荧屏上或胶片上形成影像,一方面是基于X线的穿透性、荧光效应和感光效应;另一方面是基于人体组织之间有密度和厚度的差别。

当X线透过人体不同组织结构时,被吸收的程度不同,所以到达荧屏或胶片上的X线量即有差异。

这样,在荧屏或X线片上就形成明暗或黑白对比不同的影像。

X线影像的形成,是基于以下三个基本条件:首先,X线具有一定的穿透力,能穿透人体的组织结构;第二,被穿透的组织结构,存在这密度和厚度的差异,X线在穿透过程中被吸收的量不同,以致剩余下来的X线量有差别;第三,这个有差别的剩余X线,是不可见的,经过显像过程,例如经过X线片、荧屏或电视屏显示,就能获得具有黑白对比、层次差异的X线图像。

2.骨肉瘤的诊断要点及X线表示最早出现的临床症状是疼痛,偶有局部创伤史,起初多为间断性、隐性疼痛,活动后加重;渐渐变为持续性、剧烈的疼痛,且夜间痛较白天明显,患者有时半夜疼醒或无法睡眠。
